Our AC went out last night, just in time for it the temps to hit over 100 today. They were able to get a tech out to troubleshoot the same day I called. The trouble came when he needed to get a part and could not guarantee he would get it the same day, or that someone could come back out and fix it today. This is where they went above and beyond for us. They got the part and came out to fix it at 6pm- after hours for them. The receptionist also stayed late so that she could ensure the tech got the part and would be able to come out today. I now have cold air blowing out of the vents and I couldn't be happier. I feel this company went above and beyond to get my AC fixed and made my AC a priority. He even did the tune-up I had requested, late as it was, and made sure it was all working properly. The price was very reasonable. $250 covered a new dual capacitor, tune-up, and and extra pound of freon. I really appreciate the work they did!
Description of Work: Our dual-zone AC went out. They sent out a technician to diagnose my problem. He gave me a written estimate that had a flat fee for part/labor for both a tune up and the repair. I did have to wait to find out if he could get the part, and whether they could come back to fix it the same day. They were very busy, and had squeezed me into their schedule to begin with. Everyone from the receptionist to the 2 different techs that came out were so nice and went out of their way to fix my AC. The 2nd tech came after-hours once they had the part and fixed the AC. He didn't shortcut anything and made sure the temps were running right in the vents before he called it good. They explained all the costs before they did the work. They ended up replacing my dual capacitor, tuning up my system, and adding 2 pounds of freon.
