Just finished a remodel and on 12/23 we are preparing for our first family celebration. The furnace dies and we’ve got no heat. Who can I find that will come out on 12/24 to fix it and not charge me $$$? Said from 411 Heating came out and confirmed that the furnace could not be repaired. He understood our situation and agreed to start the project that day at a reasonable price with no holiday surcharge. They expertly installed a new more efficient furnace and ducting to the roof. One additional issue had to be resolved and they came back on 12/25 in the morning to complete it before family and friends arrived. It made our day:) Customer service was excellent and they got the job done. I highly recommend 411 Heating! Cheers, David

Excellent service, beginning on a holiday weekend no less!! Professional, skilled, personable and explained things well. Furnace died during a record-breaking cold. Replaced within two days by working for me evenings after already scheduled clients. The team was efficient, capable, communicative and took care of every aspect of things. I give them my highest recommendation.

They are very nice to talk with, and I enjoyed watching them work.

Came over very quickly. Fixing my furnace took about an hour. Great!

They were great in that they came out the evening of the day I called when there were a lot of AC and PGE issues going on when the other two could not come for like at least 2 days and it was really hot. They fixed the problem but my only complaint was I thought $225 was excessive for basically just flipping tripped circuit which I should have checked first but it appeared the prob was with the thermostat.

The response was immediate and the service was great! I will continue to call this company for all my heating needs!

Did a professional job

Very quick to respond knowledgeable , scheduled quickly , got the job done quickly , efficiently . The team was very polite and clean and let me know what they were doing at all times. Cleaned up a big problem left by other contractors. Did all my duct work and it works great.

I was charged $1300 for the work that provided but when I asked for a detailed invoice he declined to give me one. The original invoice that was provided had a general description of the cost and it said the work was not guaranteed. When I turned on the Air Conditioner it did not work. $1300 and no air conditioner. What a waste of money.

Mr. Opeyani was able to figure out in 10 minutes why my system didn't ever work properly, something no one else did in 32 years. Very nice company to work with. There when they said they would be, worked quickly and seemed to really want to do things to my satisfaction. I wanted a couple of things done differently and they did so quickly. They took care of the permits. I definitely recommend the company. I'm very glad I hired them.
