His diagnosis did not resolve the issue. And It cost me $800. Material was only 100and the labor which was 700 was less than an hour. I believe replacing the inducer should have been only 300. Got someone else for 1500 for a brand new unit. He gave 4500 quote for the same thing. 300%

Really prompt service. Came on Thanksgiving weekend to help us when our heat went out and it was 40 degrees outside. Managed to fix the ancient heater in our house in under an hour and also pointed out problems with the installation in general (new house, to us, anyway) and made recommendations to fix when we do some other work. Totally recommend.

I had called our usual heating company about the fact that our furnace shut off on Christmas day. On Saturday the 26th, they said they could send someone on Tuesday. When I complained they "generously" offered Monday. I called 411 at 8:30 am Saturday. Sayeed said he could come between 10am and 12pm that day. He came at 11. Found the problem, fixed it, and was gone by noon. He was friendly. Knew what he was doing. And clear in explaining. Fees were reasonable. We'll be using 411 for our heating needs.

Very impressed with knowledge of the technician who performed the work as well as the quality of the work that was completed. The technician also provided the highest level of customer service and safety for the duration of his being on-site.

Everything about dealing with 411 was great. I don’t have my floor furnace worked on very often so I don’t have anything to compare to but it seemed very pricey for the amount of time and parts that were involved.

Pleasant and honest

Even during Covid, 411 Heating & AC responded right away to our AC problem. Unfortunately his team messed up my AC system. When they left the AC started making weird noises to the extent that neighbors complained about noise. Sayed refused to come again to see the AC. I had another mechanic come in and it was diagnosed that air pocket was introduced in the AC hermetically sealed system. Disappointed with service as human mistakes happen but a company should stand behind the work they do. Hope you guys have better experience but for me it was not nice.

411 installed a new furnace & AC units. I am very pleased with their installation. The crew was proficient & determined the size l needed is better than the original.

PLEASE NOTE: I gave 2.5's to quality of work and value for the money because I really don't know how much capacitors for air conditioners cost and Said just completed the work on Sunday when we called him. It's only been 5 days. I tried submittind my ratings w/out answering those questions and my ratings would not be accepted. Said replaced a Capacitor on our 10 yr. old + air conditioner. So far, so good. It's been 5 days. I'm not sure how much capacitors for air conditioners generally cost. I ultimately give Said a 5.0 on all he did and what we know. We called Sunday morning during the recent heatwave, September 6th, 2020 around 8 am and he came as promised, between 9 am and 11 am. It was up and running in less than 3 hrs. We're were extremely grateful.

We needed to repair our AC unit asap during the Labor Day heat wave. I used HomeAdvisor platform to find a contractor in my area. This company offered me 2 hour window for repair. The came in time, and twenty minutes later we had our AC running like new. I'm very pleased with their work. Thank you very much.

Charges were very high for a simple fix. Was told diagnosis will be $89 plus parts cost. Ended up paying $350 for replacing AC fan capacitor was part cost was not revealed.

The most pleasant people in there office, the young lady was polite and listened to me and sent a technician over sooner than estimated. He knew exactly what the problem was and fix it within a half hour. The AC was working like a champ! The tech was pleasant as well and let me know everything. I was very pleased. An A+ company!

I had a great experience and I was very nervous about having someone in my house during this pandemic. He had mask, wore the boot covers and was very respectful about keeping distance. He spent most of time outside fixing it and only came in to verify it was working so less than 5 min inside, which was such a relief. It is working great now! He was upfront on cost and shared what he did. Highly recommend!
