1)Know that contractor's are only allowed to collect 10% in advance of the work performed not 50% by CA law. 2)Always get 3 bids (which includes ALL details like make and model of heater to be installed and cost) from different company's. 3) Make sure to lookup the companys license on the state of California website. The company doing work must have the right license- if they are allowed to have workers with their license great. If not make sure the people in your home are licensed subcontractors! 4)I had to rip out the machine installed by this company that stopped working 3 days after install. Save yourself the HUGE hassle I have to now deal with. 5)I found a company that installed amazing equipment, obtained permits etc. Yes the bid was a bit higher but we'll worth the additional money- the machine works effeciently, queitly and because they pulled a permit all of my boot jacks (where the heat comes out) were sealed making the system about 15% more effecient.

Very knowledgeable, helped me evaluate my options regarding repair vs replace. Ended up going with repair, but I will definitely work with them once I do need to replace my electric furnace.

Very responsive company. The owner Said is very customer service oriented. I had 411 install a first time air-conditioning system in our Concord home. He explained all my options with the compressor and ducting, which he recommended to be removed due to the asbestos taping and age of the house. We went with a two stage unit unit which is keeping our home nice and cool and I was really surprised that our PGE bill didn't go up any more then what we were experiencing with the two portable AC units we were using in our bedrooms. Would definitely recommend 411 to our friends.

His workers were very good and courteous, the only concern that I had was that he misrepresented his pricing he quoted one price over the phone and we need to build me deal me roughly 3 times the amount .

Same day service,had parts in his truck to repair.

Called me as soon as I entered my request. Asked appropriate questions that showed me he knew what he was doing. Since I indicated that getting our A/C working was a high priority, he came to our house the same evening, diagnosed the problem and made the repair, and took care of some needed maintenance while he was there. Top notch service!

The furnace was replaced in one day. It turned out to be a no stress project. Thanks Sayed!
