Fantastic company. Everything Sayed said was done exactly as promised. I recommend them highly.

I did not have him do any work. I paid him $79.00 for the estimate. He was very honest and informed me that my heater is outdated (More than 50 years old) and parts was not available to repair it. He suggested a new modern heater, but extensive exhaust work needed to be done, and the total cost estimate would be about $7,900.00. I decided to not have that done at this time. After he left I started checking the wires and found a loose wire. I tightened the loose wire, adjusted the thermostat and the heater came on. It now works well like it did before it stopped working. So it cost me $79.00 to get an estimate, but have no work done.

I have an old home in Berkeley that required central heating. Said Opeyany came promptly and assessed what it would take to adequately heat my house. He had a creative solution to put a duct through a closet and to shoot air to the upstairs through a vent on the landing that no other contractor had thought of. He also proposed using a more powerful furnace than any other company and seemed to have a very thorough and expert idea of how to best meet my particular heating needs. His estimate was competitive and the work was completed in less time than predicted. I am delighted with my new system and would highly recommend this company to friends and neighbors. Said checked in with me after the installation to insure that I was satisfied and he and his crew were hard working, timely, and knowledgeable.

Crooks. Did not fix the problem told me my heater needed a new thermocoupler and it would be $595. I called someone else and they said there's nothing wrong with the heater. I paid 411 to come out and they didn't do one thing right. I should get my money. back we'll see.

Mr. Opeyany contacted me immediately and was able to come to my home within hours. He not only took care of the problem but was very helpful in other ways as well. I would definitely recommend him and will engage his services in the future if needed.

Very very expensive, but he knew I needed his help. $300 for 15 minutes of work. Originally I thought my fix would be included in the service call fee of $69, but no. All he did was strip and replace one wire. I feel taken advantage of. I also didn't appreciate all the upselling he did. Buyer beware!

This was thorough, helpful service! Very good explanation of what was wrong and what was being fixed. My only hesitation from a full 5 stars is that it was quite expensive- HOWEVER I believe that this amount can be applied to a future new unit if needed soon. But we are cool again and for that I am relieved Will definitely call again, hopefully not needed soon!

Sayed was on time and a true professional. Through no ones' fault the option of installing a "Nest" system proved to be an issue. The price was not exactly what I had budgeted for but then again the price of gasoline is not what I hoped for either. The work is exceptional and my a/c is now ice cold. That's nice!

Called righ awy and he came the day after. Hope he took care of the problem, but when he left Air C. works propertly.

Sayed was wonderful Response time was super quick and given the fact I explained to Sayed that I was asthmatic and needed heat (my thermostat had died and I had no heat) he found some of his staff to come the same day and they worked from 4:34 pm to 10:00 pm and did not leave until I had heat Sayed followed the next day as well He was very considerate and the service I received was excellent I totally will recommend them Francine Boehm

I asked how soon they could install a new furnace, they said today. I hired them and had heat once again by 4 pm. A fast, quality installation and experience.
