VERY THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. ARRIVED ON TIME. SHOWED ME THE PROBLEM AND INSTALLED A NEW THERMOSTAT. HE ALSO EXPLAINED WHY I NEEDED A NEW THERMOSTAT.

I was very satisfied with the work done at the house. They went over and above for me. The work was completed shortly after I hired them. It took them two days and the grounds were clean and the entire mess and debris were gone. Skunks had destroyed all of the duct work under the house leaving destruction and horrible odors. We are back to normal. Many thanks to them and Home Advisor.

Sayed Opeyany, the owner discussed all the options to replace our failing central heater which was over 20 years old. We decided on complete replacement with 95% efficiency system and new ductwork. All work was done in a timely and professional manner, despite storms and floods. Workers were personable and competent, careful with our possessions. Attention to detail was outstanding.

The owner, Sayed Opeyany, showed up on Christmas Eve morning. He tested & ruled out everything on my central heat. Found out it was my thermostat & replaced on the spot. Didn't leave until everything was working properly. Very patient & professional. I thought emergency appointment charge on Christmas Eve was very reasonable. This company is permanently entered into my phone book. I would recommend Sayed Opeyany to anyone needing work on their heating or cooling system.

I wish I would have known you had to pay extra for having your ducks cleaned. I would have had it done on the same . I had to wait for the ducts to be cleaned before I could use the heater. I did not want to inhale the dust from the ducks.

Sayed was prompt and courteous. He worked quickly to replace two thermostats in my home. If I have anymore HVAC issues, I will definitely call him.

Great job fixing my heater he was there 35 mins and charger 275 for the repair price was way high for the shoe amount of time but he did a great job

After 2 qiotes from 2 other Heating Companies I selected 411 Heating and AC. Syaid and his too notch technicians Christian and Joshua were wonderful, professional, timely, polite, informative,clean. They completed removing my Colman furnance which went out after 26 years. Syaid's technicians installed a new furnance Payne 60KBU in about 4 hours. Syaid was very considerate and gave me a fair price within my budget as a retired senior. He followed up on the work insuring the installation was right, even insuring and testing a CO2 monitor installed and he installed the furnance filter himself. I would highly recommend 411 Heating and AC to anyone in need of either a new furnance or a repair. Thank you Said and your staff....we are now women and toasty for the coming winter months! Janice

I got an appointment right away. I was afraid I might have to replace the furnace, but Sayed and his assistant just went ahead and repaired it for a very modest fee. Needless to say, I was extremely happy. He answered every question and made helpful suggestions. He is an honest man. I would recommend him and his company to everyone.

They came and I was expecting a quote but they just went ahead and fixed it. They were very helpful and answered a lot of questions that I had. I'm not sure about the value because I am not sure how much it should have cost. In this part of the country everything is overpriced from my observation.

This guy was knowledgeable in every way, reasonable in price, my mom is 94 years old and he treated her very well. He went above and beyond in helping her with her old furnace, its like new again. Thank you for all you have done, we are VERY HAPPY. You have my vote I will refer you to anyone that needs the best. We need more businesses like yours out there.

Said was able to make a same day appointment. Said was friendly, communicative, helpful, polite, qualified, but most importantly, Said is a very honest man with integrity. Being at the mercy of some random contractor to come into your home and try to help you can leave you in a vulnerable position. Interacting with Said left me feeling like there are still good people on this planet. Said spent almost an hour taking things apart, testing things, working out all the possible problems I was experiencing and then decided that it would be best for me if I hired the original installers to do the repair work because the very expensive parts were likely under warranty and If I used them, the repair would be much less expensive. Then Said told me that since he did not repair my problem, he would not charge me for the service call. If you have an issue that Said is able to help you with, I would not hesitate to ask for his help. Said is a genuine and sincere person who likes to help people. It is not often that I meet people like this, so it was very refreshing.
