Description of Work: A variety of work was done on my property. Brian rebuilt two gates beautifully, installed light fixtures, repaired bathroom fan and toilet leak. Rebuilt wood board spacers between concrete walkway and sealed them. He also did other miscellaneous handyman work. He is very professional, reliable, and does excellent work. He takes pride in his work. I continue to use his excellent services. His costs of services are very fair.

Description of Work: Brian does quality work at an affordable price. He is great at communicating when he will arrive and how long he thinks the job will take. He cleans up after a job and is polite. I know this sounds trivial but I am often frustrated but when a constractor does good work and leaves a huge mess for me to clean up or doesn't understand that my time is also valuable. |Brian has worked on large jobs in conjunction with another contractor I've used for many years. As he is building his own business, I have no reservation using him in the future.

I have used him for: troubleshooting and repairing electrical problems, building a patio cover, assembling and painting a large backyard glider, replacing water-damaged siding, replacing and painting water-damaged fascia, repairing cabinetry, and even hanging pictures. Brian's in-depth knowledge and wide range of experience makes him a good choice for troubleshooting and repairs. He responds quickly, is very conscientious, professional and has reasonable prices.
Description of Work: Moved concrete bench from garage to location in backyard, installed smoke and CO2 alarms, hanging pictures, replaced rotting fascia board on house.
