 + -1 moreWhen I called he did not answer as a professional, I had to ask if I had reached Rodriguez Construction(that should have been my first clue!). We set up an appointment for the estimate and he was to come out on Sunday at around 11a. He was a no show and never bothered to call. It must be nice not to need the work!
Description of Work: I was looking for drywall installation estimates.

 + -1 moreJoe, came out late one evening to repair a broken pipe. This was a true emergency and I don't know what we would have done had he not showed up. His price was very reasonable to fix the pipe and repair the damage to the ceiling. In addition I asked him to lay tile on the floor where the carpet had been ruined; again his price was very reasonable. Joe had done a kitchen remodel a number of years back and one of his vendors had forgotten to finish the back splash around the stove top. Joe noticed it, when he did the last job and was going to follow up with his vendor to finish the job. He definitely pays attention to detail and provides excellent customer service.
Description of Work: Repaired a broken pipe, replaced the damaged drywall and laid a new floor with tile provided by us.

Description of Work: Removed old patio and poured new concrete patio in back of house. Built brick pathway in front of house. The were very easy to work with, very prompt and did a great job. Everything looks beautiful. Highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Joe was very friendly. His prices are very reasonable and he offers good customer service. If you're not satisfied, he works at satisfying the client. He repaired some drywall work that was poorly done from a previous contractor. He charged $500 to reapply and cover all of the seems in the ceiling for both bedrooms. for about $700, he also hung two bedroom doors, installed some custom molding around the doors, finished installing baseboards, assisted with securing some wardrobes to the wall, reapplied some sealant around the exterior portion of our newly installed windows, and did some touch up with paint and sealant. Joe has a good eye for detail.

Description of Work: Mr. Rodriguez prepared the area in front of the fireplace and laid slate tile. He was creative in laying the tile giving suggestions for design. His workmanship was excellent. We would definitely use Mr. Rodriguez again.

 + 2 moreHe was very friendly and cordial. He shows up and works hard. It was a one man show pretty much, except for the carpet. He did the demolition work and did everything himself pretty much. It was a very good experience. While he was here and my neighbors came to look at the floor and they are going to have him do their floor also.
Description of Work: They replaced the flooring, removed carpet from the living room, family room, and two bedrooms. They put wood flooring put in the living and family room, and new carpet in the bedrooms. There were some leaks and some areas where the floor needed replaced. He also replaced the insulation under the house. Painted the rooms and ceilings. Replaced some drywall where there was water damage. Replaced all the baseboards. Replaced the vinyl and the toilet in the guest bathroom.

Joe met me as scheduled, quoted me a price and was able to begin the job the following Monday. The job was complete in two days and looks great. I have now asked him for a quote to replace a double gate. Will definitely use his services again.
