This rebuild was the worst construction I have ever seen. It's been years since completion but this company proudly lists the DiamondHead Complex in Stevenson Ranch as one of it's prize achievements on their website. I could go on and on, but there are closet doors so misaligned that I doubt the construction crews even used a level. Floors are uneven, interior HVAC pipes have drywall nails in them. Insulation is minimal at all. I discovered most of their shoddy work after a remodel, but the floors and uneven doors are unbelievable. This condo complex is built like a mystery house. I wouldn't go with this company to rebuild anything.
