Gordon was prompt. He observed the house and took pictures which were included in the report. He said I would receive the reports in a week. One week from the inspection I had my emailed copies of the two reports he did for me. He will also be sending hard copies for the estate records. He is professional and at the same time friendly. I would recommend Gordon Hall for real estate appraisals.
