Description of Work: They showed up right on time. I had the inside and outside sprayed. They explained everything. While spraying the ant trails outside, I was told the ants would carry the poison back to the next and the colony would be wiped out. Within a couple of days I could not find any ants at all. I especially liked that they didn't try to sell me on any extra services or monthly contracts.

Description of Work: Called for rats. Agreed to a six week program of weekly visits and sealing points of egress into attic. Had to call multiple times since weekly visits were non-existent. Did seal holes, after about five phone calls. I have used them before for other issues and been very satisfied which is why I'd use them again. The guy who came out for the rats just entirely dropped the ball.

Description of Work: They installed spikes to roof for blocking pidgeons. |They had to come back because 1st installation did not work and birds outsmarted the grate/netting. 2nd go, spikes were placed instead and now no further bird problems. The 2nd visit was free of charge. Wish the spikes were installed on 1st visit and don't understand why they weren't.

Description of Work: I called Beltran and Sons and that very day, Alex, one of the sons, came to my house. He crawled under my house and found evidence of rodent activity. He set traps in various places, and he came back several times to check the traps recover the trapped rodents and rebait the traps. Once the activity had stopped he screened off the entry areas. I'm very pleased.

 + -1 moreThe whole experience was excellent. The men were professional, intellegent, spoke English. One of them told me what they were going to do. They did it, took payment and told me to expect to have the ants dead in two to three days, and that I wouldn't have ants back for back for two to three months. That is exactly what happened. They came beginning of August and it is now mid-October, and still no ants.
Description of Work: Two workmen came to the house. They sprayed around, under and through the garden for ants.

 + 0 moreThey were responsive, timely, honest and extremely competent in all their work. An added bonus: they're really nice and friendly--a real pleasure to work with. They even came on an unscheduled day b/c we were smelling a dead animal under our house--which turned out to be one of the rats we were trying to catch. I've set up a schedule for service with them, and they did not try to sell me more than I needed--in fact discouraged me from using them more often than was necessary.
Description of Work: Dennis and his son Chris dealt both with pest control and animal removal. They checked for termites, set traps and poison for rats, and sprayed for other pests.

 + 0 moreThis company was extremely professional and dedicated to their job. I have an inaccessible crawlspace where the rodents were living. The rodents were difficult to find, and very smart about traps. Beltran and Sons used their experience to outsmart the rodents and trap them. They were very helpful with suggestions on how to prevent rodents coming into the yard. They located the source of entry immediately. I can't say enough about these guys. They were great.
Description of Work: Trap rodents that had made a home in my crawlspace; reduce rodent problem in house and yard.
