Armstrong Garden Centers - Claremont

They have a nice variety. They are a franchise and I think they would probably get a positive feedback anyway. First of all I like their variety is extremely well and I like their customer service. They seem to have a large number of customers so it takes a while to get somebody to provide you with one on one service. They seem to be side track, there are other things that distract them from giving you their full attention. But as far as the variety and choices of plants and other landscaping merchandise, they are truly good. If you are knowledgeable about landscaping, that is a good place to go. But if you are a beginner or a novice at landscaping, there are probably some places that might be better for you.

It went very well. Armstrong works with a provider who was supposed to deliver and set up the fountain but the vendor never showed up or contacted us. The cost for that service was to be $400. We contacted Armstrong with our concerns so they delivered the fountain free of charge. We had to set it up ourselves, but that was not an issue and their delivery person helped us get the fountain to the location on our yard where we were installing it. We recommend Armstrong and will be using them again whenever we need plants or other landscaping supplies.

Great! Laura arrived on time and listened while I told her of my general ideas on what I wanted. After 2 hours, she showed me her design and i was totally satisfied. If I buy the plants and trees from Armstrong, I get a $100 discount.

Their customer service was good; they were very knowledgeable, and helpful. They provided 10% discount because mine was a large special order.
