The owner of L.A. Security Cameras Inc. is very knowledgeable and personable, as well as the staff. Had the initial installation, later had cameras added without a problem. The tech installers are very professional and get the job done efficiently. The security system is user friendly and efficient. It's a great layer of protection for any household in this day and age for you to be aware of your surroundings and assets. If there's ever an issue Tech Support is 5 Star and always ready to serve. If there's something you need or don't understand the owner and staff are always ready to share their expertise that is super helpful for you to feel confident and safe. live on a corner lot with heavy foot traffic. I selected LA Security Cameras, based on their excellent reviews, to supplement my ACS security system, that didn't require a monthly maintenance fee. George and his LA Security team did an excellent job installing 16 cameras over four years ago. They did a very professional job installing 8 interior and 8 exterior cameras, positioning each camera to my complete satisfaction. They used molding to hide any wires on the interior and exterior. I have had no issues with the cameras since installation. They also set me up with alarm.com, with no monthly fee, to remotely check the status of my alarm from my iPhone, whether it was disarmed, armed stay, or armed away, and where I could make changes from my iPhone if I forgot to set the alarm after I had left. Also, I was set up with Super Live Plus, where I could view my 16 cameras from my iPhone, besides having two monitors in my house, one a TV, where I could switch back and forth from TV to cameras. The hard drive was set up in my basement. If I needed any assistance from LA Security, trying to view from my monitor from live to taped footage, they assisted me without charge. I recently changed my iPhone 10 to the Apple 14 Pro Max, and I need George's team to assist me in resetting my Alarm.com and Super Live Plus on my new iPhone. They assisted me with no additional charge. I highly recommend LA Security Camera. You won't be disappointed.

I hired LA Security Cameras when the company who installed our 120+ camera system lost interest in helping us maintain it. Calling Joe and George at LA SEC was a fantastic choice. You'd think their techs invented our very system. Within minutes, long-dead elements were brought back online, a maddening password snafu was resolved, and inaccurate settings were calibrated properly. Plus, their techs were fantastic teachers, possessing both top-tier IT skills, as well as expert camera and NVR system knowledge. What's more -- they can work remotely, through the back-end, frequently without me having to be present, saving me time and the cost of a site visit. I've never heard their techs say, "I'm not sure what's wrong here," or "That can't be fixed." Instead, it's "You know, if we do this, your system will be much more efficient, less cumbersome and more cost-effective," or "We're here for you whenever you need." It was very quick and convenient. I tried to wait for technology to get more reliable, but could not wait any longer for wireless to get good enough, so I paid for a wired 8 camera system. I have had two glitches in a year, both of which got attention by text right away and I was able to fix the glitches in a minute being talked through it.

The installation crew was on time and professional. Prior to installation they walked the premises with me and pointed out the most logical places for camera placement. The staff was respectful of my workspace and quietly/independently worked. The wires were placed discretely. Once finished, they helped me to get the app up and running on my cell phone and answered any questions I had. The cameras are very high quality. I recommend this company!

Hey , i wanna thank George the camera expert, joel the I.T genius and danny the master electrician for another amazing job. We started out with a deal on 16 cameras and ended up with 25 cameras total! With all these invasionThese and follow home robberies, u cant put a price on safety! Ive tried the ring ,canary and a few other wireless cameras back in the day, and its cute for a second but until u get hardwire cameras installed by professionals . You dont have a security system u got a nanny cam lol . guys are the real deal and ive been using them for over 10yrs now . Good job once again George 👍🏾💯

When I finally decided to have security cameras installed around my home, I was full of trepidation. I was sure it would cost an exorbitant amount and the cameras would be difficult to access and view from my phone. I couldn’t have been more wrong. LA Security Cameras was recommended by a neighbor who was happy with his installation. I thought I would go with just a few cameras outside, but I ended up with full coverage both outside and inside for a price that was lower than what most of my friends had paid for their systems from other companies. It records 24/7 in HD, is easy to access from my phone, and provides full audio and visual surveillance daytime and night, without extra lights, and indicates when there is movement. George, the owner of the company; Robert, the head designer; and Louis, the head installer; attended to the installation personally, and could not have been more helpful. Every square inch of my property is now covered inside and out, and the system is a breeze to operate. The other techs who worked on the project, Andy, Georgie, and Jesse, were efficient, polite and neat. They left the site clean and stayed late each of the two days of installation to get the project done on time. After I had a chance to check all the views of the cameras, Georgie returned and adjusted each camera for the perfect angle and showed me numerous useful system features that I could easily manage from my phone. I recommend this company very highly!

Had a security camera go out after the heavy rains we had in L.A in Feb 2022. LA Security Camera came out as soon as I called them to fix the camera. Really thought I would have to replace the camera but the problem was just a loose wire that took 30 minutes to fix and it cost half of what I expected. Very honest and reliable company will use them in the future!

We have had our cams now for over 5 years, and only needed to call a couple times (because we locked ourselves out of our account by mistake) and they responded in a flash and got us back in- no hassle and with super friendly service. 5 stars. I have to say LA security knocks it of the park they have installed my last 3-alarm systems and camera systems and the techs are so professional and go out of there way from the minute you call the office to and set your appointment to the people designing what is best for your application to the installer they are great and the quality of the equipment is superior, I will continue to use LA Security because they are the best!!

George and Jesus would very professional. I had 13 new HD cameras installed in my home. They came early in the morning and finished the entire job in one day. They worked until 7pm to finish as I had to leave out of town. The images and videos are so clear on my iPhone with the 5MP cameras. I work in law enforcement and would definitely recommend doing business with this company!

Los Angeles Security Cameras did an excellent job installing cameras around my residence. On two occasions painters and electricians have unplugged cams or disrupted equipment and LA Security Cams have been very helpful with getting system back up and running. They’ve been great!

Everything went perfect since the minute I contact them they respond right away with an estimate. They installed an NVR with 13 cameras in 2 days price were same from the estimate. I had run into trouble playing the videos I call Jorge a couple of times and he always respond and help me out. Great technical support. Thank you Jorge.

I set an appointment for them to come on Wednesday at @ 8:00. By 9:15, when they hadn’t arrived, I called. George said someone must have called in sick & he’d check. He called back & said the installer was sick & would reschedule for Friday. I told him I was skeptical but agreed to schedule for Friday. The installer, Danny, showed up on time. He was a hard worker and very professional. He completed the work & gave me the invoice, which was over $100 more than George and I had agreed. I asked him why, and he said that was what he was told. I showed him the written contract, and he called George. George had added additional fees for wiring. When George asked Danny if he had to supply additional cables, Danny truthfully told him I had enough cable except for one thing. George then agreed I should only pay for the cable they had to supply. I gave a check for the contract amount plus the additional cable. Soon after Danny left on Friday my tv and home phone (VOIP) didn’t work. I called George & he asked me to call Joe (scheduler?). Joe called Danny who correctly said everything was working when he left on Friday. Joe said Danny would come back the next day after 4 pm., or Joe would call me & let me know if Danny would be back “first thing” in the next morning. I rushed home from what I was doing to get home by 4:00. No call from Joe, and no show by installer. The next morning, no call from Joe and no installer. While I think Danny, the installer, was excellent, sincere, and professional, the Director of Operations, George, and Joe were terrible. They don’t respect the customer’s time, and don’t care about any problems once they’ve been paid.

I literally called George on a Wednesday not knowing much about a camera security system but I just knew I wanted one installed at my house and I wanted it done asap. I originally thought I wanted to install an analog system but George took about 1-2 hours to really thoroughly educate me on the pros and cons of the analog and digital system. He gave me a very fair quote and I took the whole day to think about questions and called him back. He literally answered every call and even taught me more than I thought I would know from a simple phone call. We made an agreement that day for his team to come out on Friday. His team was on time and so knowledgeable and polite. I had the pleasure of working with Joe, Eddie and George #2 not to be confused with George #1 who answered the phone. They spent all day here and made sure that I was ok with their installation. I thought that I was going to only need 5 cameras but I ended up needing more. They did not pressure me in any way to order more as it was my decision. They were patient and took the time to really understand my question and they even asked permission to put certain wires here and there which were hidden beneath my house. That's how thorough they are. In the middle, George #1 even called me to ask me how the installation was going which was so reassuring. Bottom Line.. don't waste your time with calling anyone else or finding quotes bc I've done all the research and called 10 places and these guys were amazing in every way.. Customer Service, Price and Quality of the Product. Those are basically all that you need.

Several years ago, Five Acres -- a residential treatment facility that caters to some of the region's most needy kids -- invested in a security camera system that consisted of seven NVR machines and over a hundred individual cameras. It is an incredibly complex system, and soon after installation, like clockwork, things began to fail, both on the software and hardware sides. The company who sold us the system and installed it was, at first, responsive to our needs.
