Description of Work: i signed up for internet service inside the Verizon store on Fri. March 1, Chris called me on Sat. and told me that he would be my installer and would be interested in moving my appointment up sooner. We agreed to moving my install date to that monday instead of waiting till that Thursday. He called prior to arriving and showed up with a Verizon shirt. The complete install he told me would take 2 hrs, and he was done in 1. His install was neat and clean and he told me about his other services that he offers which I plan on using in the future.
