+ -1 morePremier Pool & Spa currently uses Tim's for pool start-up service (remodel). They have been out weekly for the past month. Because this isn't a normal route stop, I have had different technicians. Each has seemed very knowledgable and capable (especially Nick!) and the pool looks fantastic. So much so that we are going to switch our pool service to Tim's. They are a bit pricier that others but if they show up and do a great job, it will be worth it. We have used three other pool services in the past and have had significant problems with all three (condition of pool, frequently skipped service, billing for work not performed, etc.). A good pool service is hard to find! I'm keeping my fingers crossed as I'm happy so far.

+ -1 moreI was thinking about using them for an ongoing service, but they are expensive so I will not be using them. They were going to charge me more than the previous owner. Because this appointment was complimentary, it took a long time for them to actually come out.
Description of Work: They came out and described to me how my pool equipment works. They also gave me an estimate of what they would charge me to maintain my pool. This was free.
