Manuel showed up on time as usual. I have used him many times in the past. He did run into a few minor problems but was able to complete the job on time. He installed the lights and dimmer switch. After he was finished he cleaned up the area just as I had left it. He is always professional and courteous. I will definitely be using him to weatherize our house for the upcoming winter.

Manual did a good job and is very knowledgeable about home building/home repair. He was punctual and professional and enjoys his work. He provided neat, professional invoices via email. .When Manuel started the work he discovered areas of dry rot, immediately informed me and discussed the needed work. He is always informative about the needed repairs as well as the cost. Everything is going very well. Manuel is prompt, professional and friendly. He quotes everything before performing a task and bills as work is completed. All the work is done to the highest standards. I just bought the house. He has pointed out a number of things that I would not have known that need to be repaired, such as interior electrical outlets being installed outside. I value this highly in a handyman. Not all the projects are complete yet. Materials are on order. I am planning on a long term relationship with Manuel for on-going repairs and a few more upgrades.

Please note that Manuel just came out to fix certain items but in the course of looking at the items he identified some safety issues and other concerns that I had not noticed or understood why it was operating that way. He provided information about the noise and the source of it and just let me decide how and when I would like to deal with the identified problem. He is just a very thorough person who is able to properly evaluate the problem and not just do a quick fix of the issue. For example, he told me the reason my dishwasher was not running properly was due to not being installed correctly from prior homeowner/contractor. He was not looking for more work or to charge me more but was paying attention and noticed some things that I might not have recognized as being a problem. All the issues he discovered were found when he was helping me with all of these items on an unrelated issue. He knows his stuff and is very honest and trustworthy and is quick to point out and address any safety issues that I might not have been aware of with my limited knowledge. As a single mother I feel he has my interests at heart and understands my need to be sure my house is secure and safe. He is extremely responsive to emails and is very punctual and thorough in his work. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a good general handyman.

Mr. Tenorio arrived on time and did a lovely job installing a new cabinet in my guest bathroom. My house is 60 years old and has some unexpected construction challenges. Mr. Tenorio was very thorough in assessing exactly what needed to be done in order for the job to be completed successfully. He took the time to make sure the cabinet was installed correctly and that the placement was esthetically pleasing. He was respectful of my property and cleaned up the job site. I am very happy with Mr. Tenorio's work. I have scheduled another job with him and recommended him to several friends. I feel completely comfortable recommending him to anyone looking for a handyman. He is easy to work with and does an outstanding job.

Really professional and does great work. Kept us informed. Made recommendations for work in or shower and bathtub which he felt required those with different equipment & specialized expertise.

Although it took awhile to finish the floor boards it was not Mr. Tenorio's fault but due to the store not delivering a product undamaged. Once he refused to use damaged parts and received correct parts the work was completed. He arrived on time again today and has always kept me informed of the reason for the delay. I would definitely hire him again.

I manage single family homes from out of state and I am happy to say I seem to have found a good handyman! (They are kind of rare). Manuel has been responsive, flexible and well priced. He did several minor repairs and some more major ones that were discovered as he went. He has been excellent at coordinating with my tenants and keeping me informed of any necessary changes to bids and extra costs. I have found Manuel to have a high standard of work and to be both professional and punctual. I will be using him again.

Manuel was very responsive, ON TIME and did excellent work! He cleaned up when he was done. I had a different light switch that was causing problems and he checked it out for me and advised to contact an electrician due to the seriousness of the breakers not shutting off and leaving live wires on all the time. I was impressed because he could have just "fudged" and said it was no big problem. He showed real concern for my families safety and felt an electrician should check out the main panel breakers. I have contracted with him to do additional work installing in the near future. I would DEFINITELY hire him again. I think I found my handyman!!! Very honest and punctual and kept to his estimates. We recently bought a house that is over seventy years old. Upon moving in we discovered that all of our outlets were two prong instead of three prong outlets. Mr. Tenorio arrived in a punctual manner and was very professional. As he started the project he discovered some major problems that could have been a safety issue to us. He spent over 8 hours tracing the electrical wiring which was a mess. He trouble-shot various problems that could have caused us harm or worse. The electrical issues require an electrical contractor in the end but Mr. Tenorio's work was outstanding and the electrical contractor that came in after Mr. Tenorio was impressed with Mr. Tenorio's work. Mr. Tenorio's knowledge and workmanship is exemplary. We hired a handyman and we acquired a friend.
