My contacts with Tenorio’s Construction and Handyman Service have been very satisfying. The quality of Tenorio’s work is excellent. My new kitchen is gorgeous and well planned. Tenorio engaged me in the design of the work area and the cupboard space. It’s ideal for me. Huge deck out front is beautifully aligned. I will confidently engage Tenorio in future projects.

Manual did an excellent job. He was very communicative throughout the process. He came by my house on several occasions and showed me what he would do and explained the pricing. He did the job in the allotted time. I had a small issue a few days after the project was completed, and he sent his guys out the next day to fix it. He is very hard-working, honest and has a great deal of integrity. He is very professional and I would hire him again and I would recommend him as well.

Re-wired and replace two electrical sockets.

Manuel's team did a great job. They did everything we needed done and they were a pleasure to have around the house. I will be using them again in the future!

My husband and I needed a metal railing outside our garage door. The railing is sturdy, designed to our wishes and is finished with care. We have had Tenorio's do electrical, plumbing, and furniture repair work for us. We have lived here four years and are so glad we found the right person to help us settle into our home.

It is wonderful to have this gate done! I have an old house with an old fence and gate. I originally contacted Manuel for another project but he was honest that it was outside his scope of practice so I mentioned the gate & he was able to take it on. Accommodating of my availability and budget, punctual, great work, the end result is just what I wanted. He made sure to check with me in advance regarding if his plans for the gate were what I wanted. The gate has elements that will make it long term which is appreciated. I would hire him again in the future! Very nice man who does great work.

All went well. Very professional, communicated when needed. As things came up, he helped me find answers (other professionals) to get everything completed. Which also means he did not try to do anything outside of his knowledge-greatly appreciated. I always felt respected, and kept in the loop. I will definitely use his services again.

Manuel did a great job with my varied list of repair work that needed to be done around the house! From replacing old lights to bright new LED ones in my kitchen to finding replacement tile and installing it (I can't believe how close a match he was able to find!). Manuel was punctual and communicated professionally with me throughout the process. I would absolutely hire him again when the need arises.

Manuel was excellent. Easy to talk to, with very fair and appropriate pricing. He had the chance to charge me more and didn't. Explained clearly what he was doing and why. He has existing clients, so it may take him a few days to get out to your house, but if you need a dependable, licensed handyman to take care of those tough projects around your house, this is the guy!

Manuel does quality work and helped me with what I thought was a small bubble leak but turned out to be a bigger issue with water trapped in ceiling. Manuel's expertise saved the day and he found the water and quickly put down buckets and tarp to catch all the water and saved me from additional expense had the ceiling collapsed itself and ruined my carpet and hardwood floors. He cut out the bad area and the insulation and also identified an electrical hazard with the wiring next to the area. He fixed twiring issue and put up new insulation and replaced the drywall piece and painted and texturized the ceiling and make my room complete once again. He doesn't just do his job he excels at it and pays attention to the surrounding area to quickly identify other potential hazards and fix them as well after thoroughly showing and explaining all the issues to the homeowner. He does not try to sell you more work but is always concerned about safety and really looks at the area he is working on and lets the customer decide if they want it fixed or not.. He wants it to be safe but ultimately the homeowner has to decide if they can live with it or if they want it repaired. i trust his judgment and again would not hesitate to refer him to anyone needing a good handyman.

Manuel is the greatest handyman and is always helpful to me when something breaks or goes wrong. He is a godsend to helping women with issues when they need guidance to a problem and how to evaluate the seriousness of the problem. The water was leaking and the spigot was broken and the emergency shut off for the irrigation system did not stop the leak and so I had to turn off the main water line to my house and this happened at 7pm on Sunday evening. Manuel came at 3pm the next day and identified the source of the problem and went immediately to the store and replaced the spigot and by the time i got off work the water had been restored to the house. I can't say enough good things about this extraordinary handyman and how he has helped me in times of crises. He is extremely fair in his prices as he values his customers and knows the importance of doing good quality work . I would not hesitate to recommend him in an instant to anyone needing a good reliable handyman.

Manuel was very accommodating and easy to work with. I was unable to be home the day work was done and he kept me updated on progress with calls and texts. He did a check of all trim and siding to make sure other not obvious areas were in good shape. Cleaned out areas of rot, treated them, and then filled them. Replaced trim and a couple sections of siding. Price was slightly higher than quote from other handyman, but Manual was able to work with my timeline and did a great job. I would hire him again and recommend him to others.

Manuel is my "go to" handyman and I have used him for a while now. I recommend him to family and friends. My experience is that he responds promptly, is a good communicator and that he is very knowledgeable and honest, He shows up on time and finishes work within estimated costs. On several occasions he has suggested strategies that have improved appearance as well as functionality.

I have attempted to contact this handyman several times over the past 2 months. During that time I left at least three messages on his voicemail to return my call... and have never received a return call. He may or may not do good work but he is very unprofessional.

Arrived punctually. Inspected thoroughly. Explained options. Offered a reasonable price. Worked quickly and efficiently. Had a professional manner, communicated in a clear and friendly manner Final appearance is such that. a repair was made is very difficult to discern.

I called Manuel and got his voicemail. I described what I wanted done and left my number. He never returned my call. This is the third time this has happened to me in the a month with three different handymen. If these handymen don't want to do the work for whatever reason-too small or too big-at least they should have the courtesy to return the call and explain.

We live in a hard water area with stained granite vanity tops, which never looked clean due to water marks. As replacing the vanities involved more work/cost than we wanted, Manuel discussed with us the possibility of tiling over the surfaces. He kept in contact with us every step of the way through phone, text and email with suggestions and met us at the tile shop to view our choice and order of the tiles. The tile installation went smoothly, as did the the light fixture installations. Manuel's attention to detail brought to our attention some safety issues created by the company who worked on the house before our purchase.

It went perfectly and smoothly. Provider was professional and the quality of work was very good. He cleaned up after himself.
