Manuel came to our house to give us an estimate on replacing the front and back doors; he was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable about the work involved. We knew nothing about doors, so he took the time to inform us about different kinds of doors and their pros and cons. He explained how he would install them, how long it would take and gave a reasonable price. Although we had other bids, we chose Manuel because of his knowledge and experience. Manuel did a great job installing the front door; we love it! When he removed the back door he found dry rot, which required evaluation of the problem and a new estimate. Again, the cost was reasonable, although scary, because it was impossible to access/see all the areas that might be destroyed and the cost could go up drastically. We are happy to say that Manuel found LESS dry rot than he expected and he dropped the price accordingly. Very honest! We love the new back door ( including the new cat door)! When Manuel came out to give us the door estimate, I learned he could repair our fence so I asked for an estimate. Again, he assessed the necessary work carefully, trying to cut our costs with suggestions that would not necessitate brand new fence. We hired him and he did a professional, neat job. His work areas were always safe and clean, during and after construction. We will definitely hire Manuel again; he has a huge resume of construction experience and is so reliable. With this in mind, we are keeping an ongoing list of repairs and fixes needed.

Tenorio's Handyman Service has helped me in the past and as usual everything went great. I called Manuel to come out to take a look at the garbage disposal, valves and some dimmer switches. He was on time and very professional. He gave me a list of all his services he has FLAT RATE LABOR PRICES FOR! My dimmer switches were $25.00 each to be installed as well as the valves. My garbage disposal was installed for $95.00!! These are just a few to name on his list. He completed the job in a day. He cleaned up and hauled away the garbage and once again I am very pleased with his services. I will definitely use him again. Its nice to know there is a list of things I know the prices for before they are completed. It helps with my budget!!

I have used Tenorio's Handyman Service in the past for small projects. My door was broken leading to my garage and was a serious security issue. I called Manuel and he came out the same day, gave me an estimate, which I accepted. He then drove down to his vendors and purchased my materials, came back and installed my door, with interior and exterior trim and all the hardware THE SAME DAY. His prices were fair and customer service is great. I can always count on him to be on time. I will definitely use him for my future projects. Its great to see a company do what it says its going to do.
