Wonderful! Even picked up new toilet from store for a lot less than it would have cost to have store deliver it. Price below is $115 coupon price, $30 to pick up new toilet and $30 to haul away old toilet. I would absolutely recommend them.

I made my appointment online. No sooner did I clicked submit, my phone rang. It was Super Mario. The young man who called and requested information from me was soooooo considerate and polite. He scheduled an appointment for the following day. However, the plumber who he thought would come was sick. He called me back the same day and another appointment was scheduled. He said the price would be between $145 and $175 unless there was something more than a plugged drain. My appointment was scheduled between 8 and 10AM. Mike, the plumber, called and informed me he would arrive in about 15 minutes, which he did. He spoke to me about my problem and got to work, checking to assure it was the kitchen drain that was the problem and not the main drain. He completed the job in about an hour. The work was guaranteed for a week. Mike was very efficient and professional. I would definitely use Super Mario again bar none.

Everything went fairly smoothly. Professional and on time. My only complaint is that they did not have me on their schedule despite the fact that I scheduled the appointment with them over the phone the week prior. Luckily, I called them the morning of the appointment (the appointment was for later that evening) to verify they were coming that evening. Though they didn't have me on their schedule (much to my dismay) they said they'd still be able to accommodate me and come out to do the toilet install later that evening anyway (much to my liking). They came out on time and did a good job.

Quality work and great customer service.

Called earlier this morning after trying to get two other plumbers out last week. Originally was told they could be out later this week but said if something came up they'd call me. About an hour later I got a call saying they'd be by in 30 minutes. Yurii was very efficient, and did the job in less than an hour. I thought I had everything he'd need but turns out o bought the wrong valves and supply lines. Luckily he had the right ones on the truck and charged a very fair price. I have some more work to do in my master bathroom and will definitely be calling Super Mario when we are ready. Thank you Yurii and the rest of the team for a very positive first impression.

We received just a quote from this company, but decided to move forward with another plumbing service. The sales representative from Super Mario was courteous and prompt, but he repeatedly provided us with incorrect information regarding SMUD standards regarding water heaters while attempting to upsell us on a hybrid water heater. Despite repeatedly requesting for a quote for standard water heater he would only able to provide us a quote for the hybrid. We quickly found another organization that was able to provide us with accurate information and pricing.

The workmanship was outstanding! Peter was very professional, honest, trust worthy and answered all my questions. Coming from the construction industry, I was very familiar with permitting and building code upgrade requirements and knew I wasn't being taken advantage of. DK and Daniel from the main office were very helpful, returned all my calls, answered all my questions, and didn't beat around the bush. They also went out of their way and scheduled my work on a Sunday. I would definitely use Super Mario Plumbing for future plumbing jobs and highly recommend them.

I originally planned on installing the faucet myself but gave up after looking under the sink... The company called me shortly after I purchased the deal on Angie's List and we were able to set up a convenient time. The technician was very professional and installed the faucet in about 1.5 hours. It has been about a month and the faucet is working well with no leaks.

Turns out i need to replace sink as well (it was riding on bottom) but since one can no longer be found in that size, i will hire a contractor to replace vanity. Good, professional service.

Went well except that provider did not have connector hose of correct length & type for one connection so did not complete that. Also, I thought that payment for "removal" of old toilet included taking it away & disposal but it was $20 extra for that.

Super Mario Plumbing did just fine. They did pretty good. They were courteous, they were clean, they made sure they didn't make any mess and I was very happy with their service. A for responsiveness, like I said they came out the next day. They were here when they said they were gonna be.

Prompt and courteous service. My only issue was with the fact that the existing bolts were used (rusty), not the shiny new bolts that came with the toilet. I didn't notice this until after the work was done, and the plumber informed me that there would have been significant additional work and cost to replace the ring and bolts that the toilet gets mounted to. Overall a good experience.

As a result of their yearly water supply inspection at our home, the EDI inspector recommended I change our pressure reducer (installed in an underground box on our driveway) because the water pressure was too high and the pressure reducer was unable to reduce it. I called the Super Mario folks, and arranged that they would have it replaced for $375.00. On the scheduled day and time, Dima, the owner, came in and quickly figured out that the pressure reducer was working fine, and that our water pressure level was perfectly normal (he thinks that probably the EDI inspector's gauge could have been faulty). He said that it was not necessary to change my pressure reducer, and didn't charge me anything for coming all the way to my house (I live in El Dorado Hills, so it took him some driving to get here). I was impressed by Dima's honesty; I was ready to do the job and pay for the new reducer, and had Dima been less honest he would have gone ahead and done the job and easily cashed his service call fee. In this age of decaying customer service levels, it's refreshing to find service people this honest and trustworthy. I can't attest as to Super Mario Plumbing's workmanship because, as I said, they didn't actually complete a job at my house, but if the quality of their job is as good as their trustworthiness, I'm sure they must be excellent plumbers.

Purchased Angie's list deal to replace garbage disposal with customer providing the disposal unit. Punctual. Professional. No problems with the operation of the garbage disposal unit thus far. If I can nitpick, my only gripe was the attempt to upsell me to buy one of their disposals with the reason being that the disposal unit I purchased on my own was a unit that reportedly had problems with recalls (despite the significant amount of online reviews being positive for the unit. I am the type that researches a product to the utmost before I make my purchase.). I did not know if this was the truth or just a sales tactic. I went with installing the unit I purchased on my own, despite my worries and the seed of doubt planted. Guess I won't know the truth until hopefully many trouble-free years from now, fingers crossed. Nonetheless, it was a bit discouraging to hear the installer ask me if I was sure I wanted to install the unit I had purchased and not go with their "better" unit. Despite this, I'd have to rate "A" for overall, price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism, as trying to upsell a customer doesn't necessarily automatically lower the grade for any of those categories in my opinion.

I feel the job went well as we had older fittings that were leaking, the disposal was installed professionally, then the drain pipes under the sink were old and worn along with the shut off valves, all replaced in a timely manner and works well at a reasonable price. After all isn't that what we all want when you need service? Job well done. Great communication and arrived in the window of time requested. I don't see how it could have gone better.

Everything they did was absolutely outstanding. Most bids we received were for only the repipe, without repairing the walls or without getting the necessary permits. Super Mario's bid covered EVERYTHING. And, they did everything perfectly, exactly as quoted, and they did it in almost half of the time that they quoted. They were in contact with me every day, telling who would arrive, when they would arrive, and what they would do. And, when the people came, they worked HARD. It was really impressive. Given the fact that we had received bids that were more than three times what they bid, we were concerned about the quality of a company that bid so much less. We were wrong - these folks were the best, most professional contractor that I have ever dealt with. If I ever needed any more work done, I wouldn't even bother to get quotes - I'd just call them and have them come out and do it. They were truly awesome!

The removal of the old water heater and installation of the new one went smoothly. All the connections and straps look good. He was on time and worked efficiently. You could tell he was experienced. My slight disappointment was that the ad on Angie's was for a 40-gallon water heater, and he installed a 38-gallon one because he no longer had 40s. He told us in advance, but still some disappointment that the advertising didn't match. Maybe Angie's makes it difficult to modify ads?

It went extremely well. The plumber who installed the new toilet was extremely professional and courteous. Ensured my toilet was installed properly and put a clear sealant around the base. Made sure all trash was removed in a bag. Cleaned my bathroom floor of any dirt or water. Informed me of the warranty for the work he had done, and instructed me to call Mario's back should I have any problems. Gave me a company magnet to place on my fridge, and a receipt for the extra $20 I had to pay towards the removal of my old toilet. I was told by his manager, the $20 was not included in the deal that Angie's List provided. I would highly recommend "Super Mario Plumbing" to others because of the wonderful work performed, and I plan to contact them again for any other toilet(s) I have installed. Before arriving, he called to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived, 25-30 mins prior to my scheduled appointment. I am very satisfied and happy with the services that was performed!
