Description of Work: Did a good job. Called to let me know he was stuck in traffic, just a few minutes late. Rekeyed 13 locks, works great. He did forget to put a plate back on the front door edge, but came right back out the next day to put it on.

Description of Work: An excellent company! I spoke with Mary early in the morning and she said Tony could make it out the next day. He was prompt, courteous, and very helpful. We needed to have several locks worked on and he did and outstanding job. He needed to get some parts for the locks that were broken and said he would have to order them and return the next day. There was a little mix up with the parts ordering and it was 2 days before he returned. When he did return he completed the work, made some extra keys for us, cleaned up the area where he worked and was on his way. I would highly recommend this company...other business's could take a lesson, or several, from the way Economy does business.

Description of Work: I HAD AN UNUSUAL SHAPED LOCK THAT I COULD NOT OPEN ANY MORE. THE COMPANY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS THAT MADE THAT LOCK, BUT TONY WORKED HARD ON TRYING TO FIX IT. I FINALLY FOUND ONE THAT WAS ALMOST LIKE THE ONE I HAD, AND THEY INSTALLED IT AND KEYED IT TO MY OTHER LOCKS AND MADE EXTRA KEYS.
