Description of Work: They fixed the front door lock & added a chain. I called the day before & live across town. They went above and beyond to schedule service the next day. Description of Work: They installed a new door knob on a garage door. They also fixed a lock on a rod iron gate and they re- keyed the locks to my house and gate. They also adjusted the dead bolt which would not lock because of sagging. The serviceman was friendly and worked quickly. I am very happy with the results.

He is very polite and took less than 30 minutes to fix the deadbolt, adjusted the alignment of lock to the door frame. My lock is working even better than the original contractor's installation four years ago.

 + -1 moreAfter scanning 4 or 5 yellow pages in the phone book for local locksmiths I decided to try Angie's List and I am glad that I did. John Ferrell quoted $65.00 for mobile expense and $10.00 for labor. He arrived promptly (in one hour) and finished the job in 15 minutes.
Description of Work: Subject replaced a 9 volt battery in the electronic combination for a safe in our house. I was unable to do this in spite of written instructions in a manual for the lock and attempts by my mechanically adept son.
