+ -1 moreBill is a very direct and nice man, about 30 but sounds very knowledgeable and is very generous with his time. He answered several questions I had and made it clear that our home doesn't need and most likely won't need any roof attention for quite some time. I was impressed with his sincerity and honesty, and his generosity with his time and effort. (He was referred to me by Rocklin Pest Control, who I'd contacted about the anti-pigeon stuff. I'd said I'd like to check with a roofer and painter about damage and what sequence to do things in. Dan at that shop referred me to Reagle saying that Bill had proven to be expert and have great integrity--and from what I saw that evaluation is correct.)
Description of Work: Asked to come out and check the tile roof (was concerned about damage pigeons in niches and alcoves might have caused over 6 years+) before installing anti-pigeon spikes/deterrent and painting the house, Bill McCaskill came right out to spend an hour first to tell me in person there were very likely no problems but he'd be glad to go on the roof and see for himself. He went up 3 times to different parts and in the process reseated several tiles that had visibly loosened from settling. He confirmed there was no damage, advised me on some stopgap measures to deter the birds, and said twice he was pleased to respond to anyone who was proactive about roof maintenance, and pleased to proved the free inspection.
