They company Pro - Air are the ones that basically installed and designed the heating and air conditioning system that was in the house and so I contacted them because I figured they knew about the heating system. They were slow to return phone calls and also not great punctual about making sure they kept appointments.
Description of Work: I use PRO-AIR INC for heating and cooling services. They provided and taken care of our air conditioning, changing the filters and such.

Terrible. First there was a confusion over what was wrong and it appeared that he was going to replace the 'compressor' motor for the estimate price, but he may have meant the 'condenser' fan but he was unclear about it. Unfortunately for me, he was dealing with a novice in HVAC systems. I was charged $594 for a new condenser fan motor that I later discovered was a third of that price had I purchased it myself. I was charged $425 for one hour's inspection of the rest of the system and he didn't even have a replacement filter with him so that I had to go get one myself at Home Depot and put it in. No cleaning of any kind took place and I watched the whole process. The guy was really personable and talkative the whole time but I wasn't in need of any therapy, so this kind of irked me a bit. He handed me a real estate agent business card with his 'mug' on it when he left which I promptly tossed int the trash. I say "Look Out" for Pro-Air and read up on HVAC systems on Google before you hire anyone so you know all the working parts and their names!
Description of Work: Replace the Fan (condenser) motor in HVAC system, (note: this is not the 'compressor' motor which is way more expensive). Cleaning ducts and flues.
