Too busy to send a plumber until next week. Since this is a water heater, can't wait.

He couldn't have been nicer and certainly proved to be a great help to me. Now that I'm moving, I finally have a plumber I could trust. OH WELL...

Quality work done quickly and at a fraction of the price that I was quoted by another company. He also took the time to answer other plumbing questions I had and really helped me understand how the plumbing in my house worked. I will definitely be using this company again.

When I called for service the response was friendly and helpful and I was able to schedule an appointment in 3 days. The Plummer called ahead and arrived on time. After explaining my problem he made several checks of my system and then advised me of the work needed to be done to determine the actual problem and gave a cost estimate. I requested he do the work. After competition, he was able to explain the causes of my problem and several solutions and a general estimate of cost of additional work. His work had also resulted in a slight improvement in the problem. He also gave me his recommendation of how to proceed. He was very professional, explained things very clearly and I would use his services again.

On the Ritz Plumbing could not make it to my rental for a couple weeks to fix a toilet, but they still called me back within and hour of leaving a message to inform me that they could not accept the job, but they could refer me to another Angie's List member for service. When they called back I was on the road for work, so it was extremely helpful and appreciated that they took the time to make the call. At that point I didn't have time to go back to Angie's List to research an alternative plumber, so I am extremely grateful to On the Ritz for their professionalism and their referral to another great plumber!!!

His name is Brick and I like everything about him. He is prompt. I more or less adopted him as a stand in grandson. He is very professional. He does what he says he is going to do and he tries to inconvenience the customer as little as possible. He had to pull in somebody to help him. He really had a job on his hands and it was accomplished beautifully. I have no complaints. He put everything back and it fit. He cleaned up after himself. I like him a lot and I will continually use him always.

We had a water leak from an old icemaker line that caused a lot of damage. We decided to rework all the kitchen and bathroom plumbing to replace old outdated items along with some upgrades. All the angle stops and water lines were replaced in the home along with new faucets, toilets and trim in the bathrooms. The countertops in the kitchen were replaced and required complete rework that included a new faucet, garbage disposal angle stops and water lines. Berk did a very good job, was on time and stayed with the estimate. We did provide the faucets, toilets and garbage disposal.

I had a leaky water supply valve to the toilet. I tried to replace it myself, but was unable to remove or loosen a large nut on the valve. not wanting to break anything, I called On the Ritz. The plumber had a cancellation and was able to come the same day. He was able to remove and replace the valve, and saved me a lot of headache. I had tried for 3 weekends to fix this leak.

Our garbage disposal froze up. We couldn't find anything inside jamming it, and it sounded like the motor was burned out; the reset switch didn't solve the problem either. The plumber arrived on time, called ahead of time, and inspected the disposal. He found a very small round piece of metal and removed it. He was very nice and only charged us for the trip to the house, and not for any repair -- he was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

I found On the Ritz Plumbing through Angie's List. The company had received good ratings so I called for an appointment. The person that answered the phone was polite, professional, and made a very good first impression. Brek was available the next day and showed up on time ready to work. I had purchased the garbage disposal ahead of time and Brek made no issue that I didn't purchase it through him. He had to cut and reroute some piping as the new disposal was larger than the old one. He laid down protective cloth to protect my floors and cabinets then went to work with the precision of a surgeon. He finished quickly and explained the whole job to me afterward including the one-year warranty he has on his labor. He didn't try to change the price he had quoted me or up-sale me in any way. It has now been three months since he installed it and everything is fine with no leaks or issues. I highly recommend Brek and will definately call him next time I have a plumbing need.

He was on time and did an excellent job. What was really impressive was when we had a problem with the faucet in the kitchen, we called him. He came over the same day, called the manufacturer for us, and fixed the problem. I'm very happy to recommend Brek

Brek arrived as scheduled and performed the work that I hired him to do. He was fast, efficient, didn't leave any messes, and when I asked him questions, he always had the answer. He knows his stuff and I will be calling him in the future.

Prompt, professional, and highly qualified. His knowledge and skill were evident start to finish. He found the problems right away. He worked expeditiously but with attention to detail, and our plumbing has worked very well ever since. Also, he did not try to "upsell" us on additional plumbing fixtures and devices, like previous plumbers have done. I highly recommend his service and will hire him again the next time I need a plumber.

I liked everything about them. They were on time. He was very honest with the prices. He told me a certain price for a certain problem, and if they find more problems that they may add on, but they do not know what is going on yet, so, they have to open it up. He said that it is based on what he finds once he gets in there. I would definitely use him in the future.

They are a small business, however they provided excellent service. I had a simple clog and they reworked their schedule to accommodate me for the next day. They were running late but called me in a timely manner to let me know. Once here, they quickly fixed the problem. I highly recommend them.

Brek is an awesome guy. He is an independent owner-operator so he cares about his work and reputation. He came out and gave a quote to install 6 faucets, hook up 6 drains, and rehooking up the garbage disposal. His quote was fair and since he had 2 things which we liked (personality and time on his schedule) we went with him. He did arrive a little later than scheduled but this was due to an illness in the family. It still worked out as he finished everything and more in the day he was here. We supplied the faucets and drain kits and Brek put the finishing touch on our remodeling project. He professionally installed the faucets and hooked up the sink drains to all the sinks in the house. He put in new angle stops under one of the sinks that I had not gotten to. He did a nice job making sure of no leakage and good pressure with the faucets. When he finished with that, he then checked for any other plumbing issues and found that one of the toilets was not flushing properly (which we did know about) and he fixed that. He also put in 2 more angle stops and supply lines to the one sink that we did not update (so we could have 1 working sink during the remodel project). AWESOME JOB!!! BREK IS GREAT! (and I liked his taste in music):)

Phoned and spoke with owner's wife, who explained they're a small business where the husband does all the work. She was super nice and arranged a time that is convenient for me. I like the owner/plumber who is very professional and honest. He immediately diagnosed the problem, offered solutions, costs, and was able to do the repairs right away.

Excellent service - on-time and able to do the repairs same day. (Cancelled my other quote) Some great advice on what to do as far as repair or replace - appreciate the honesty Great pricing for a full 3 hours of work - very happy I have found my new plummer.

I called and left an answering machine message which was responded to promptly and courteously. An appointment date and time was set for two days later and the appointment was met by Brek. He was friendly and obviously very knowledgeable. He did the kitchen faucet replacement I needed, even suppliying a needed extra part. He found and fixed, without extra cost, some under-sink damage I didn't realize existed. Brek then took the time to explain to me how to best use and maintain my new faucet. I heartily recommend On the Ritz Plumbing! They are prompt, knowledgeable, skilled, courteous, and reasonably priced. My highest expectations were not just met, they were exceeded

We contacted a few companies and Brek was the first one to email us back. We sent him photo and he sent us an estimate of $200 (with a $25 Angie's list discount). He arrived right on time and got right to work. Brek was very professional and explained how he was going to drill through the cabinets and run the water line. His work was very professional--he did a great job of hiding the water line so you didn't even know it was there. Even though he was here for over 3 hours he didn't try to adjust his original estimate (which in the end was low). The only problem we had was our mistake. He discussed with us the option of using copper or plastic and we decided copper because it was going behind our stove and we were afraid that the plastic would melt. Afterwards my husband remembered that you can't use copper with R/O water, because it will corrode the copper over time. We contacted Brek and told him our mistake and he came out immediately to fix it. I was willing to pay him $200 again--especially because he undercharged the first time but he would only take $100--even though he was here for at least 2 hours the second time. He even had to modify our fridge to get the line to work and he was able to do it. We love having our R/O water to the fridge, and it works great!! If you are looking for a friendly, honest, reliable plumber who does amazing work-- I highly recommend Brek Ritzema of On The Ritz Plumbing--we would never hire another plumber again!! Oh he also fixed our toilet that was running constantly for no charge!!

Brek Ritzema (owner/operator) showed up on time, was friendly and professional. I showed him the leaky angle stops and we discussed the options. He gave me a detailed breakdown of labor and parts before any work was done and his estimate was right on the money. I recommend his service and will use him again if needed.

Brek's been great to work with -- he's a straight-shooter and very thorough -- which is the key trait you want in a plumber. I got a couple of quotes for the first phase of work, and his estimate was VERY thorough -- he spent a lot of time explaining each problem to me and the different options in terms of fixing them, from cheapest to most expensive. The other estimate I got was quite cursory, and was done by an estimator, rather the person who would be doing the work. Also, Brek actually talked me out of a couple of repairs, because the problems were much more minor than I thought and he told me I might want to just monitor the situation and put my limited money to work elsewhere. He's been very easy to work with -- great communicator -- and the work he's done so far (we're waiting on another contractor) appears to be very thorough and neat. Also, after we had a miscommunication over some materials he used in one area, he generously offered to re-do that component for free. What more could you ask for? HIGHLY recommended!
