MASTER BUILT MASONRY

The project was phased with the wall first and the walkway later. Since we are "pay as you go" kind of people-- this is what we could afford. At the suggestion of the owner, Jeff Hawks, we did the wall first with plans to do the walkway 2 months later. The wall was finished and they did an excellent job. The wall was finished in July, 2017 with plans to complete the project between September and November. The wall was installed with perforated drain pipe which required drain rock prior to putting in dirt. I was told drain rock would be included in the project, Jeff assured me that it would be added within the next 6 weeks or so and prior to the completion of the project. That never happened. Furthermore, when time came to complete the walkway, I was first told they were to busy and then Jeff stopped returning my phone calls. Apparently, the remainder of our project was too small to bother with or even speak to us about. Since we were left hanging with an incomplete project, we will be obliged to look for another mason.

Jeff and his team were incredible. He was wonderful to work with and communicated with us throughout the project. He even went above and beyond and cut a path in our driveway for a drainage ditch for free. I would highly recommend him and his team. His work is excellent and the wall is built so well it will outlive us!
