Great job by Kelly again,as have used her twice before.She really gets after it when she works,cleaned up very well,and hauled off everything.I know I got more than my moneys worth......................well done Kelly!

The interaction went really well. She was on time when she came. She gave me a reasonable quote. She was very clear about what she would do.

They were fine.

Kelly worked alone for most of the project, but brought help for the Crepe Myrtles. Everything done to our satisfaction.

They were on time, did what they said they were going to do, charged us the amount they said they would, and they cleaned up after themselves.

She came over on the day we decided. She was on-time,professional,courteous. She worked on the tree for most of the day and told me when she was finished and I paid her. Although the tree didn't come out quite how I expected, her service was awesome! The price was expensive and I should have had the entire tree pruned instead of just the trim and shaping. Overall I would definately recommend her to anyone & everyone!

I basically have no tree left. The job took a week when it should of taken a day. I only paid her a little more than half for the work. She did apologize for her work, but was not very responsive when trying to get a hold of her. She's still trying to get the full amount of money from me, but I refuse to after the job she did. Now the tree is basically a skeleton.

They were professional and responsive. They did a very good job. We are happy with them.

We haven?t decided who is going to do the work yet. In terms of responsiveness and stuff, they were fine. I liked the person, I thought the price was reasonable, but I was a little surprised that they didn?t give me anything in writing.
