HELP PLUMBING

I called HELP to fix a dripping faucet in 2nd floor bathroom tub. I told the scheduler that I have an old house. Tech tested water pressure first thing upon his arrival and said my pressure was too high. He replaced stems on faucets. When he was finished, the faucet still dripped. He said it would not stop dripping until I had a water pressure relief valve installed (approx. $350). After a week, the drip was worse. I called HELP and asked if someone other than the plumber who had been out to do the original work would come and inspect the work to see if there was a problem that was not related to the water pressure that caused the drip to continue The scheduler said that it was noted in the computer that I had high water pressure, and that they would charge for a service call. I choose not to have them come out because it was obvious that I would not get someone looking at the problem who would not fall back to the note in the computer. I called a different plumber who found that when the new stems were put on that the old, cracked seats had not been replaced. He replaced the seats. i no longer have a drip.
