Our initial call was returned the same day and Phil came out to look over the home and give us an estimate. An appointment was made for the installation. The installers arrived on time with all the necessary equipment and answered any questions we had during the installation.. The fan was installed with little or no mess in the house. The job took about an hour and a half. The price is higher than other companies but the fan is high quality and makes very little noise.

I called Fanman to come to our house to give us a free estimate, and he came the very next day. We were impressed with his many years of experience and the fact that he's a licensed electrician, along with being licensed to install whole house fans. We scheduled the installation for a week later, and he brought one technician with him. They installed the vent in our laundry room because we didn't have space in our hallway for it (unless he were to cut into a beam, which would have been a code violation), and he involved us in that decision. In fact, he made the location of the vent our decision entirely but cautioned us about compromising the structure. He installed the fan in the attic, tested it, instructed us on how to use the system, and provided us with a 10-year parts and labor warranty.

These guys are the best and waitlist to get a wholehouse fan installed says it all. Overall a great experience - love our wholehouse fan!

Employees were on time for both the initial estimate and the actual installation, and were very polite, professional and tidy. All work was done exactly as proposed and took less than two hours.

Dan was very good at assessing our house and attic. He was able to place the fan where we wanted it. He was very professional and answered all of our questions, and completed the installation with minimal mess or disturbance.

Several friends who have them complain about the noise. Fanman's installation was exceptional and the noise is minimal compared to others we know of. I would recommend Fanman without any hesitation.
