+ -1 moreI got the name of the company from ANGIES LIST, and contacted them by telephone on Thursday - 26-December-2013-1330 hrs. We made an appointment at my residence for Friday - 27-December-2013-at approx. 1330hrs I remained home all day but no one showed up or called. At approx 1930hrs a man who identified himself as the owner of Doors Doors Doors inc colled and stated his 'employee' listed the time as 1530 not 1330, but he still did not show up. So we made another appt for Saturday - 28-December-2013-1300hrs. Again no one from Doors Doors Doors Inc bothered to show up or call. I have invested two full days and several phone calls and my smashed in entry door is still not fixed. It is now Sunday - 29 December-2013-1045hrs and no contact from Doors Doors Doors Inc.
Description of Work: TALKED ON TELEPHONE, MADE TWO APPOINTMENTS. DOORS DOORS DOORS INC DID NOT EVER KEEP ANY APPOINTMENTS AT ALL..

+ -1 moreOnce again, Doors, Doors, Doors came through for us in a stressful situation. I had thought we would have to completely replace the garage door after my mishap (it looked horribly deformed). I was not looking forward to this additional expense. However, after this company came out to look over the situation, they reassured us the door did not have to be replaced and they could easily fix the alignment. The guy performed the work within an hour and everything was back to normal. The door was completely fixed. We are extremely happy with this company's current and past service and would definitely call them back in an emergency or non-emergency.
Description of Work: Doors, Doors, Doors came out to fix the alignment on our garage door a couple months ago. We had used this company about 4 years ago after our house was broken into. My husband was out of town, but this company responded quickly after a very stressful situation. Back then, they replaced the front door, splintered wood and trim, and installed a security door. They were very helpful, understanding and offered other suggestions to help prevent future break-ins. Because of this, we decided to call them again after I had closed the garage, but neglected to remove a chair underneath. Needless to say, the garage appeared totally mangled (bent, crooked and off track).

+ -1 moreTheir workmanship leaves a lot to be desired. When they brought the new door in they chipped the frame of my bedroom door and the brand new door. I would never call these people back again to do work. I don't know who gave them an A rating, but they must not be accustomed to quality craftsmanship. I called them to come fix the door and they said we should have checked it before they left, to which we said we are paying you to do work you should have done it correctly.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE ON TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB. THE DOORS ARE ON CORRECTLY THEREFORE THEY SHOULD WORK. IF THEY DON'T WORK, I'LL BE CALLING THEM BACK. THEY EVEN ASKED ME IF I WANTED A FRONT DOOR FOR FREE. BUT I THINK THEY WERE JOKING.
