Description of Work: Buckley does excellent, thorough service calls. They installed our HVAC system 14 years ago and have been servicing it almost yearly. John Buckley, Jr. is friendly, prompt, honest, & does excellent work.

Description of Work: We bought a completely new Heat/Air System from Buckley's in 2014 along with new ductwork. Our system has a huge filter that is serviced and/or replaced every six months (usually before summer and early winter). We've had it serviced as recommended. Jeremy, the service tech who came yesterday was typical of their ususal service. He was on time, very personable, and efficient. We've been customers of Buckley's since the 70's. They have never failed to provide wonderful product and service. A Plus all the way!

Description of Work: They provided an estimate only. We went with another business only because they provided the energy efficiency rebates that Buckley did not. I have used Parnell Buckley in the past and loved the work that they did.

Description of Work: Buckley replaced our aging HVAC system. They're customer service was tops and their prices were very competitive. The installation went smoothly with very good clean up of the work areas. Follow up has been excellent as well.

Description of Work: Was expecting I would have to replace what I thought was a very old heat pump. Brian advised the unit wasn't that old and believed it could be repaired. Not only did he triage and repair the unit with a new capacitor he throughly crawled from one in of my attic to the other (long house) and gave me some recommendations regarding fixing some insulation and repairing a couple vents. He was very kind and answered all my questions. Based on his integrity I will use this company again hoping he will be the one that provides any future work.

Description of Work: Had a new A/C installed several years ago. They keep in touch on a regular basis to see if I need anything and also have informed me of new services. They are always polite and I'd use them and have referred them to anyone that has an issue with their a/c units.

Description of Work: Brian from Buckley came out on Tuesday, June 16 to give us a bid on replacing our 20 year old, all in one HVAC system which had died the Friday before and was going to cost too much to repair (condenser coils would have to be replaced). Brian checked out our current system, crawled under the house to look at the duct work which was in pretty good shape, walked through each room of the house and asked questions about what we wanted in a unit, did we have any issues with certain rooms of the house, etc. Then he wrote up very professional estimates for a couple options depending on the scope of work we wanted. He was a few thousand under 1 estimate we received earlier that day and very close to 1 other estimate we received the same day. But, Brian was much more thorough in his inspection of the house and duct work. When asked when they could do the job he said he thought it could be done on Thursday same week, and called in to confirm, which it was. I asked if he could come down a little more on price even after a $1000 Angie's list discount and he called in again and was given the ok to do it. |A very professional Install crew showed up at 8:00 on Thursday and got to work right away. They started by removing the old unit then doing an Aeroseal process that sealed any leaks in the duct work. They had the unit up and running when I came home from work about 3:00 and just had it tested by the state for leakage. It passed, well under the allowable limit. After cleaning up the job site, touching up a few minor paint issues around some of the vents without prompting from me, and putting away their tools, Matt went over the new programmable thermostat with me. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would gladly recommend them for their excellent and professional work. Thanks Buckley!

Description of Work: Service call to check air conditioner not working.

Description of Work: Removed old air conditioner and furnace and installed new equipment. Replaced old fiberglass distribution boxes with new metal boxes and expanded the air intake with new larger duct and grill. Provided details of old system and its problems. They did not try to get us to buy a larger expensive system. Explained a system the same size as the original would |be more than adequate for our house. Everything was done as promised, all |debris and old material were taken away. Dirt and dust was vacuumed up. Very professional crew preformed the work.

Description of Work: Complete replacement of HVAC. They had to make a new opening in the upstairs ceiling in order to install it. I did go for the upper end product to suit the needs of my house and me. I can only say good things about John Buckley and the installers. They were professional and courteous from start to finish. Appts were always made and kept within a one hour window instead of sometime in the AM or PM. There was no pressure to purchase anything and the contract was carefully reviewed with me. John returned 3 months later to see how the system was operating and to answer any questions I had. I will definitely rely on them for maintenance of the system.
