I called and Dave Brannan was able to come by in about an hour. He was able to make the repairs in short order. As we really needed to get laundry done, I was very pleased with his ability to come and make the repairs right away on a Friday afternoon.

I have used Dave for my electrical work for several years. He is always professional, courteous, punctual, and friendly. I was working on my rental home to get it ready for sale. After all the work was done, and we were placing bulbs in the outlets, I discovered the two lights in the kitchen were not working. The Realtor was coming within the next two days to list the house. I called Dave, and he was on the other side of town, otherwise he said he would come that same day. Dave came the next day and repaired the lights. Also, because he is professional and a nice person, he checked all the outlets in the home, told me which outlets I did not have to replace because they were not required at the time the house was built. I will continue to use Dave for all my electrical work in the future. I highly recommend Dave.

We were without electricity in half the house an entire weekend and were trying to get hold of Priority One that were suppose to have emergency service but had a full voice mail all weekend. We found Brannan Electric in the listings. He was available and arrived on time and found the problem quickly and had in fixed within an hour. I wish I had known about Mr Brannan when the problem started.

It went really well. He came over and looked at what we were concerned with and told us honestly what needed to be done and didn't. We thought we needed a lot more work until he came over. He explained everything to us and why it needed fixed. He gave my father a senior discount and said that the parts and labor were under a one year warranty.

My daughter who rents from me called to report an electrical problem. The family room and garage outlets were not working and flipping the breaker did not resolve the problem. Furthermore, some times power worked and sometimes not, indicating a possible short. Not wanting her to be in danger of fire from a short or without electricity to parts of the house, I hoped to get an electrician out promptly. Of 10 electricians I called Brannan was the only one who could be out that day. Most were scheduling a week out. Brannan showed up promptly and fixed the problem. He was thorough, even advising me about the need to put locks on our breaker box since the kind we had was a hot item for thieves. He found the problem, repaired it in about 30 minutes. He followed up with a phone call the next day to be sure we had no additional problems. He is a very friendly and competent electrician and I would recommend him.

I called Dave. I had a problem with my bathroom fan and light. He advised he could walk me through how to fix it. I was able to it. He saved me a service call fee. He even called me back to make sure I got the job done.

Dave was easy to contact, quick to respond and came when he said he would. He was fast, competent, friendly and has a sense of humor. I will use him again.

Dave made an special effort to schedule with a tenant who is difficult to schedule appointments with. He came out on a Saturday (not usually a work day for him), and got the job done quickly and at a reasonable cost.5

Electrical line and breakers got fried due to faulty electrical work done two years ago. Brannan diagnosed the problem right away and resolved the issue timely. AC has never run better! Thank goodness...it's going to be in the hundreds this week! Thanks Dave! PS - Dave even called back later to make sure everything was ok! Yes!

At our church, the First Evangelical Free Church of Sacramento, we kept having lights and AC go out. We found the culprit - one of the sub-main breakers (200-amp). I didn't want to delay this repair so I called up Angie's List on the computer and started searching. Dave's page caught my eye because he was local. When I called, he responded immediately. He said that he would come out or he would find someone who could do the work. Later, Dave called back and arranged a time to come out (It turns out Dave had done some electrical work at the church years ago). Dave was prompt and examined the problem with thoroughness. Since our building is older, it turns out that the company who made the breaker had gone out of business. But, with Dave's contacts in the community he quickly located a new breaker that would fit. He arrived the next day with the breaker and ran into a second problem. The breaker was screwed in so tight that he couldn't remove it. Rather than throwing up his hands, he made a couple of trips to get other tools and went right back at it. He finally worked the unit loose and replaced it. Dave did an excellent job of keeping us informed of his progress. When he knew he might be a few minutes late, he would call us and we would readjust the time. We are very satisfied with Dave work. Although we hope we don't have need of him in the near future ... he would be the first one we'd call!

Dave is a really great guy. He was the only electrician who returned my call on the Fourth of July. Punctual and friendly, he set about doing the work. I was very pleased with his service.

David was not available to preform the requested service, but he found someone (Jones Electric) who was able to do the job. David even called me the next day to make sure that the service from Jones was satisfactory. (It was excellent.) I was impressed with David's professionalism and will certainly consider calling him in the future.

I contacted Dave Brannan to repair an issue with a ceiling fan. He was unable to perform the repair. But, unlike many other contractors, he didn't just say sorry and hang up. He went out of his way to find someone to do the job. When his first contact didn't respond to me within a day, he contacted another. It is rare to find someone with a customer first attitude. He's gained a loyal customer.

He exhibited his detailed knowledge by systematically eliminating possible causes until he found the answers. He got the outlets working again and ended up installing a new ceiling fan after determining that the old one was bad. It had been a mystery because both the fan and light stopped working at the same time, which is very unusual. He is a very friendly, fair, and competent electrician whom I will have back to do additional work in the near future.

It was very reasonable. He came with a sense of humor. It went very well. I have used them in the past. They called to follow-up the next day.

Great person. I called him to trouble shoot a problem with my backyard lighting. He told me that before I should spend money on an electrician, I should carry out a few steps by myself. He took time to explain them to me on phone. They worked. Next day it was raining and he called me again to see how things were and how to avoid same problem happening again due to rain. Nice man to talk to and he gave me a few more references for other types of work related to the maintenance and repair around the house.
