Description of Work: david was familiar with the area my house was in and had a good idea what service panel i had and the breaker i would need to replace to fix the problem. he gave me a price to do the job and a time he would be there. on both accounts he held true to his word.i would definitely call david again for my electrical needs. thanks david and go giants! lon herbert

Description of Work: We had an electrical outage on a Sunday morning, of course, and so looked up providers and found Brannan Electrical. We called early Sunday morning and received a call back within an hour. While my husband I figured out how to solve othe problem David was very helpful and supportive of our efforts to fix the problem. He was very informative regarding our problem and I appreciate the timely call back and support.

Description of Work: Called for information on a whole house fan, they do not do them. But I was given much information about an attic fan and how it works. He made sure I understood the product and process. Even though we are still not sure if we will have anything installed, attic or whole house ventilation, I am better educated and appreciated his time and help.

Description of Work: Dave did another fantastic job. This the fourth time I have hired Dave and wouldn't hesitate hiring him again for my next project. He fast efficient, knowledgeable and fair. He has done electrical work including replacing fluorescent lighting in my business to replacing electrical sockets in my home. And always with a great sense of humor.

Description of Work: We did not know who to call ----an electrician or air conditioner repair This contractor did a diagnostic visit and assisted us with the A/C repair through his diagnosis. His advice prevented us from being double charged for both visits. He also offered to assist with a backyard electrical repair with a second no charge visit. The best experience possible in a confusing situation.

Description of Work: I already did this, then your software program kept telling me I had not filled out the amount of money--according to its demands. I did have it filled out, and kept trying to submit it, and could not get past that "error message." I don't have time to keep doing this over and over. Please check your program. BUT YOU CANNOT BEAT DAVE BRANNAN!

Description of Work: The lights and fan in both bathrooms went out. I had had a squirrel in the attic so everyone assumed that he had eaten through the wires. A handyman was unable to find anything wrong and suggested I call an electrician. When I called, David asked if everything was OK in the electric box outside. I said yes. He told me to look for a reset switch in the bathroom. I couldn't find one either place. He directed me to the garage where I found the switch, reset it, and everything worked. He did not charge me at all.
