Description of Work: Inspected roof. Identified some minor issues and supposedly repaired them. I called them about a leak in the garage roof. Water still collects at the base of a support beam and I have no idea where it is coming from. Some composite tiles starting lifting in an area where they replaced flashing on the home roof and when I asked them to look at it they accused me of grabbing the tiles and causing the problem. Although they arrived on time, they did not communicate it to me and they left no indication they were finished. I called them about payment and was told they were done and had collected what they needed from the family present at the time the work was done. Overall, they didn't seem very professional or friendly and I still have water on the garage floor after it rains.

Description of Work: Repair of a roof leak in the garage and installation/replacement of eave flashing. I still get water on the garage floor and the composite roof tiles at the eave near the flashing is loose. I called them to check on it and they blamed me for installing a battery powered light on the wooden eave near their work. They "insist" that I grabbed onto the flashing and created the problem myself. I have no recollection of grabbing any part of the roof during the light installation. His attitude when he came to check on my concerns was very unprofessional. Between that and the continuing problem in the garage, I would not use this service again.

Description of Work: I had a roof leak from a sky light on a two-story East Sacramento residence with a steep pitched roof. The Bernardino two-man team climbed onto the roof, fully inspected it, shot multiple photos of the overall roof, found the apparent leak, photographed it, repaired it, shot an 'after' photo, and reviewed all photos with me. Today it rained hard, and no leak. Fully satisfied.

Description of Work: The apprentice showed up after I had called the company-they didn't tell me what time they were coming by-I had to call them.The apprentice was supposed to bring a tablet computer to show me pics and photos but forgot it-used a cellphone to take pics instead-The estimate I got from the owner was not what I had discussed with the apprentice-seemed off- I contacted Owner by email and said "how am I able to determine what needs to be done after telling me he's had 36 years experience."Well, why he didn't he come by and look at it himself? Not pleased with lack of customer service-not reasonable-estimate was sketchy!If the owner had come by and showed himself and tried to set things straight, I would have been more open.

Description of Work: Supposed to clean roof and gutters and nail down any loose shingles. After they left, I could still see debris on the roof (I'm nearsighted, so if I can see it, they should have) and could see debris in gutters on the lower roof from my upper deck. The first comment from the owner was that, "No one told him this roof was partially a two story and he had only one set of cleats." No one ever asked about my house beforehand, and why would a roofer carry only 1 set of cleats? | Nice guys, and otherwise good attitude.

Description of Work: He did not make any repairs. He tried to get me to get a new roof through him. I had another company inspect the roof, and they said it needed three shingles and some work around the chimney, and if they did that they would guarantee the roof for 2 years. Bernardino rep called me several weeks after they came, and he thought he hadn't come to my house--he had my phone with someone else's address. Glad I didn't have him do the roof.
