Part of the kit works fine and has been installed on my dryer. The other part of the kit does not work. I would like for them to replace the kit since it is not working. The only way they will do that is to have me remove the parts of the kit that are working that I already paid someone to have them install it. If I did this their way, I would have to pay someone money to have them remove the parts, take the kit to them, get a new kit, and then have to pay to have someone to reinstall the parts all over again. I do not think this is fair at all. I don't even wish to have them replace the entire kit- just the parts that do not work- and they refuse do this. They are not a reasonable company

I had purchased my dryer there about a year ago. It stopped turning. I had to bring it in myself. Once there, it took them a while to get to it but then they only charged me $39 and it works great again. Slow but honest.

Went well indeed, my dryer went out Sunday(2-9-14)we heard a pop.So I called an appliance repair outfit I've used in the past,we scheduled their earliest opening,Wed.............3 days away.I stopped by the appliance parts center and told Scott,one of the owners I think,about my issue.He told me I could do it myself,then,to my surprise he took me to a partly dismantled dryer just like mine and showed me exactly how to do it.We were both on the floor as he demonstrated the technique.I just finished the repair,my dryer works perfect.......................at a minimal cost of 18.00.Thanks Scott!

He is very patient and knowledgeable. His prices are fair.
