I contacted George Williams of American River Plumbing on July 23rd to discuss replacement of our old toilet. George explained that it would be cheaper for me to find the toilet we wanted and purchase it, rather than him buying the one we wanted and bringing it out. That worked for us and an appointment for July 28th was scheduled between 9-10 am. At 9:50 am George arrived and I found him to be polite and personable. I had purchased a Toto toilet bowl, tank and seat and had it sitting in the backyard near our slider for replacement in our master bathroom. Within one hour of starting, George had the old toilet out, the new one in and functioning. I found George to be very neat while doing his job. He wore plastic gloves and had laid out paper towels to lay tools, caulking, etc on. Although George would have taken and disposed of the toilet for a cost of $25, our annual Neighborhood Clean-up is next week so it wasn't necessary. Being a Senior, George agreed to a 10% discount and the total cost was $115, which included the wax rings. All in all, I was very pleased with the service provided by American River Plumbing and will contact them again for future plumbing needs.

Somehow there was a mix up as to how many. Only 1 was brought for the 1st intallation & he immediately came up for the 2nd installation. The handle did break for the 2nd installation within 1 week. The handles were plastic. I replaced with metal. They are more efficient then what I had in the bathrooms to begin with. I would do it again. All in all it worked out well. Next time I would make sure of the product before installing.

George was awesome! Will definitely use him again. We found we had a leak in the wall he was at our house within an hour as promised. Very professional and timely.

I was very pleased with how well this service went. First of all, the price was great....$199 for a new toilet, installed with removal of the old toilet. George contacted me right away and came out to do the installation quickly. He finished the job promptly, was very professional and pleasant. The toilet was a very good quality. I really appreciated his work and I would definitely use his services again.

George Williams arrived on time as scheduled. I'm glad he told me that the toilet that was part of the Big Deal is not an high end toilet. I sure did not want a toilet that was below grade of the one I already had. I chose to upgrade to the American Standard and that is why it cost me $200 more. George was very efficient and professional. He finished installing the new toilet in about an hour and took the old toilet with him. Cleaned up nicely when he was done. I am very satisfy with the installation the toilet.

When I spoke with John, of American River Plumbing, on the phone he asked questions and based upon my answers he was able to judge exactly what was needed to complete the job. He arrived on time and very quickly finished installing the sinks and faucets. He was professional and polite and reasonably priced. John will be my "go to" plumber. And with a 22 year old home, I am sure there will be more work for him!

George came and listened to what I needed and later called me with an estimate as he promised. I scheduled the work and as usual he was punctual and professional and completed the job in a timely manner as promised. He was at my house most of the day and I gave him the key and let him come and go as he needed to. He had a couple of men working with him which were also very friendly and professional.

Very well. I will definitely call again when we are in need of a plumber.

Job went fine and George was good about keeping me informed.
