+ -1 moreWe paid for the serviceman's visit. We had to pay for a plumber to reset the seal but so pleased we did not have to have the septic field pumped.
Description of Work: We believed we needed septic work done. However, when the serviceman came out he determined that it was a leaking toilet seal.

Description of Work: I had a septic back-up. Called and set up appointment for 12/4/14. They arrived a little late due to another job taking longer than expected. They found and dug up the two caps to my septic tank. Turned out there were tree roots blocking the pipe out of the house into the tank right where the pipe emptied into the tank. They cleared the roots and pumped the tank, closed the caps, and returned the dirt to it's proper place. I was also given a senior discount. I was very happy with the work they did. They were very friendly and professional and answered all my questions. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

+ -1 moreTechnician arrived on time. He was very professional, likeable, and helpful. While waiting for another technician to assist because the lids were very heavy, he helped me dig the other two lids (I didn't know there were 4 of them). Both technicians had a cheerful attitude and worked very well together. They answered all my questions, gave me some pointers on proper maintenance. Pleasant experience for such an unpleasant task.

Description of Work: Diagnosed smell coming from septic tank caps, pumped septic, and advised how to stop the fumes coming from the tank. Very nice and courteous. He told me it didn't really need to be pumped yet, but he gave me the option. Since I was already paying for a service call, I chose to just get it done now.
