Perfect! I was a bit nervous about this service because the septic system is a 2nd one on our rural property (for the barn) and I wasn't certain when it had last been serviced. I explained this to Connie when I scheduled the appointment and she quoted a price range in the estimate. Jeff arrived next day, on time, was friendly and professional. He quickly located both lids that had weeds growing over them, completed the service, and evaluated water flow from the barn to the tanks. He detected root buildup in the leech line and recommended a company that could take care of that problem immediately. Jeff even left his cell number in case that service provider needed more details. All of this done in about an hour, at the low end of the estimate range and with a senior discount :-)
