Prompt, communicative, and got the job done!

Steven was an answer to a prayer when I noticed that a very large limb from the elm in our backyard had split and partially fallen into the lower limbs of the tree. It was hanging precariously over 3 power lines, a fountain feature, and many established plantings. He was the first to respond to my notice for help, was here in less than an hour -- on a Saturday -- and was able to remove much of the weight from the tree (and from our minds) but needed to return on Monday for assistance with the remaining removal. On both occasions, the area was cleaned upon leaving, there was minimal damage to the existing plantings, and everything was hauled away. We can't thank him and his teammate enough for coming to the rescue. We will definitely use them again -- under less urgent circumstances.

They showed up 6:45am, which was a little early but worked out okay. My biggest issue is that their clean up was terrible. They blew Bush trimmings in the gardens, both front and back. Everyone was using real long gas trimmers, so some area were not touched because their trimmers did fit in a small. All and all the bushes came out mostly good. After they left, I spent 2 hours cleaning up the front yard, clippings everywhere. I was first on the list this morning and I think they rushed because the had 4 other jobs to do. Tomorrow is cleaning up the backyard which will be about 2 hours at least. They were at my house for a total of maybe an hour

it went very well, they were on time for the schedule . the pricing was reasonable
