Very well. They took down the old one and assembled the new one quickly, on time as promised for a great price.

Call first thing in the morning and the tech was here within an hour and a half. We discussed the two option. 1 repair or 2 replacing the unit. There was a little over $200 difference between the two so I opted to replace given the age of the existing opener. Work was done well, quickly. The equipment, remotes, wall and remote open / close switches were all explained to me. He programmed my vehicle and showed me how to do it in case I ever needed to again. The tech was very friendly. So all in all it was a very pleasant experience.

This happened on a Sunday. We had to rent a car until we could get the door repaired on Monday. I contacted 1A Garage Doors at 7:30 AM on Monday. They had a tech working in the area and he arrived at the appointed time (9:30) after completing his first call. He had the door repaired in about 30 minutes. Since he was here I had him service the door. We discovered a pin was missing from one of the hinges so he repaired that as part of the service. The Tech was knowledgeable, had the parts on his truck, and worked efficiently. He was finished in about 45 minutes. We are extremely pleased.

It went great. He was right on time, checked all the screws and bolts on the door and changed the monitor.

Everything went perfectly! From the day of the free estimate (which included a very competitive bid), to the ongoing communication during the time period the doors were being ordered. Day of installation, they arrived on time and worked HARD during a very hot day!! Answered any of our questions, and cleaned everything up prior to leaving. We hired 1 A Garage at our old house, and now at our new house, and if we ever need anything in the future, we will once again hire! Now we can move forward painting our house to complement the color of garage doors! PERFECT INSTALL!

Purchased the service and within 2 hours A1 had contacted my spouse and made arrangements to come out to the house and do the work. Very satisfied with the personnel from A1; door is operating better now with the new rollers installed.

Terrific! After years of being out-of-line, my door now fits correctly in the opening. Andrey also lubricated the rollers and the tracks. As a precaution he replaced an old spring as well. Stiffeners had never been installed on the tops of the doors when installed. He put those on, too. Very well done!

It went very well. Very impressed with the service provided by the technician and how thorough he was. He explained everything clearly and his work was neat and well done.

Update as of 06/09/2017: The owner asked the tech to call and apologize and he offered to refund me $126 for the loss of my frozen foods. The apology was sincere and I would now consider using them again. The tech arrived on time and he explained that I would also need to get 14 nylon rollers replaced. I agreed to the extra expense. The technician had to move a shelf unit to access the rollers. I agreed to having a small notch cut so that the unit would be inside far enough for the unit to work. I was very happy with the work he did. Th problem began when I went to my recycling bin and found that he had put a greasy box that had held the unit in with the recycling as well as a circuit board that wouldn't be recycled. I had to take the stuff out of the recycling and cut the box down to fit into my small garbage can. I then called the owner and he was very apologetic. He offered to drive over and pick up the garbage but I had already taken care of it. i just asked that the tech be trained to not do this again. I was impressed with the owner's attitude. Tonight I discovered water in my garage. The technician hadn't re-plugged in the cord to my freezer and everything is thawed. I left a message for the owner about the mess. I expect that he will return my call tomorrow.

When I called Andrey to schedule the job, he offered to come out the same day. He completed the job within about 30 minutes. Door has been working great ever since.

Service went well, very punctual, friendly and did the work in a timely manner.

It went well. He was punctual. We had another issue with the garage door not working, but my roommate was able to adjust it a little and it has been working quite well since.

Great, they got me in today, knocked out the work and installed a keypad. I couldn't be happier. The guy was quick but the quality of the work was top notch

Vince the owner of 1A Garage Doors contacted me immediately after I had made my purchase to schedule an appointment. Since I live in Wheatland an he is in Fair Oaks I told him to come my way when he had work in Lincoln area so he would not have to make a special trip to service my garage door. Andre, the service tech, came to today. He told me what he was going to do, gave me the option to choose, I choose the rollers. He went about servicing the door, checked the weather stripping as I asked. Told me it was OK and need not be replaced. Andre presented in a extremely pleasant and professional manner. Highly recommend this small business, 1A Garage Doors. Special kudos for not selling the weather stripping. Andre told me as a professional only worn or broken parts are recommended for replacement.

Serviceman checked garage door, found it only needed some lubrication, which he did.

I called about getting a broken spring replaced, and they were able to come out the same day to do the repair. Vince was exactly on time and it took him less than 30 minutes to make the repair. He was very friendly and made sure I knew exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost. He didn't try to convince me that I needed unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend 1A Garage Doors.
