I contacted 1A Garage Door after seeing a special for a tuneup. The person taking the call was very professional and arranged for a same day service. Andrea arrived on time, courteous and professional, and began the tuneup on the door that was sticking. He took the time to explain how I can maintain the door in the future. He even resolved an electrical issue that was causing my door from closing all the time. No attempt was made to upsell me. Thanks Andrea for your expertise! I highly recommend this company.

It went great! I used 1A Garage Doors about a year ago for a tune up. I used an Angie's List coupon for that service. Based on their performance I called today when my door wouldn't open automatically or manually. Vince had a repairman here in an hour. Andre replaced the springs and gave me a couple of handy tips. Work was done quickly with no mess. I'd highly recommend this firm to anyone.

I'd give them an over grade of "A" and across the board. They actually did more work then they were supposed to. We hired them under a coupon from Angie's List but they went way beyond the service we hired them for and we have recommended them already.

Okay wasn't really convinced that bracket was really needed after the door has operated for 18 yrs without failing. My logic is cost of replacement of the door vs. Cost of the bracket.

Great service. Did not realize that the ability to use your cell phone requires purchasing an additional gadget, but that's not 1A Garage Door's fault. There's a coupon in the owners manual.

Fantastic! He was so honest, up-front, and fast in diagnosing it and fixing the problem. He didn't try to up-sell me or have me buy things I didn't need. They were available to come right away and worked around my schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

It was good. The guy was prompt, friendly, and all business. He was in and out on about 45 minutes.

The installer arrived within the scheduled time-frame, introduced himself and started work immediately. He worked efficiently and was cordial as I watched and interacted. Cleaned up the work site and hauled away the old garage door.

Called Monday evening. Appointment was set for Tuesday morning. Andre arrived on time. Determined that our 16 year old unit was on its last legs, but was able to get it working again. Provided information about replacement units. Felt no pressure to buy. Impressed by reasonable service fee and multiple ways to pay (cash, check, card). When our old unit does bite the dust, I will definitely be calling 1A Garage Doors.

Wonderful! We bought a Angie deal for a garage door tune up. They serviced both our garage doors. One door was sticking and not closing all the way. The technician adjusted the springs and all is good. I wish we would have had this done when we first moved in.
