The door was not opening well before the service but seemed like a brand new door when they were finished. I could literally lift the garage door with one finger. I would highly recommend this company for garage door servicing and maintenance. They were prompt, courteous and took extra time explain how the doors wear over time. He also checked my other garage door and made an adjustment for me at no additional cost. Excellent service provider!

The work was done quickly and I was instructed on how to make my garage door and all mechanisms works better and last longer.I had the job done not because I was having any problems, in fact the door was working great. This was a preventive maintenance. And there were two rollers close to the end of their life. One was pretty bad. So I'm glad that I caught them now.He left the old rollers for me to inspect. I liked that. It let me see that I wasn't being BS'd about the condition of the old rollers. Yes, I recommend their company and service.

Wanted a general check up of the garage door. Called first thing in the morning and he was out in about 20 min. Found a slight bowing in the door, so decided to add a beam. Changed all the rollers from the noisy metal ones to rubber. Is much quieter now. Added the beam and oiled all the joints. Said the door was in surprisingly good shape for its age. Went over some maintenance we could perform easily. Was very prompt and polite. Will use again and refer to friend and family.

After I purchased the Angie's List offer from 1A Advanced Garage Doors for $79.00 to do the garage door roller replacement and door reconditioning; I sent an email, but figured it would be a few days before I heard anything. Well I was wrong, he called me a couple hours later & set up an appointment within the hour. When he arrived, he was very professional & super nice in showing me all that he'd be doing on the garage door. In going over the door, we found 6 of 8 hinges with cracks in them - a couple with a small crack but most of them had cracks up to half the width of the hinge. I was surprised they still worked and were holding the garage door in place. He gave me an estimate, which was much lower than I had expected. I thought it was best to go ahead with having everything done at one time instead of having an accident. I was fortunate to have him come when he did - thank you Angie & 1A for being here when I needed you. He went to work on the garage door, no less in the extreme summer afternoon heat of Sacramento; it must have been over 100 degrees in the garage. I couldn't believe how quickly he finished everything & how very nice he was in going over all of the garage door to show me everything he'd done. He even showed me the old hinges, the cracks were even worse than originally seen when attached to the garage door. I was so thankful that someone above was looking out for me, and had sent such a nice professional young man to fix the garage door before it didn't work or worse fell on me or someone else. I want to give 1A Advanced Garage Door and Vadim the highest recommendation possible for a super-well done job. They have already been recommended to my friends who came over later yesterday. The first thing I did, when they arrived, was show them how wonderful my "new" garage door was after this wonderful service. If you need to have anything done on your garage door don't hesitate, run don't walk to your phone or computer and get in touch with 1A Advanced Garage Door they are the absolute best.

We'd never had our garage door properly services and tuned up, which led me to Vince @ 1A. He came out and worked his magic - tuned up the system, tightened the springs, adjusted railings and made sure everything was set up and functioning correctly. He also installed a wireless exterior control panel for us so we could punch in a number an easily open the garage while outside (been missing having one of those for years!) We also had never been able to program my wife's car to be able to open the garage using the button on her rearview mirror, but Vince was able to do so in (literally) 10 seconds. Great guy, very professional, friendly and detailed - he's the only one who'll be looking after our garage door from now on. Highly recommended.

Great experience. He was punctual, professional and nice. He assessed the situation in less than a few minutes and was done completing the job in less than 1/2 hour. He also took the time to help me set up the auto garage door opener in my car (which i didn't even know was there!) I would recommend to a friend.

He was exceptionally great. He worked around my schedule, he showed me some issues that were going on, he fixed some things and he located the problems I have. He was fabulous. He communicated with me consistently on my crazy schedule and worked to get there around my schedule. His pricing was very reasonable; he had to fix a part of the door and had to replace the remotes. He gave me a good deal on those. He diagnosed what problems I had. He was responsive, he was on time and he was professional. The quality of the work he did was great. I wish I had called him years ago. I highly recommend him and I would use him again.

Great service arrived on time even in the bad weather. Made the door so quite that the dogs don't bark when it is opened. I am so pleased with the service I will recommend to friends and neighbors. Very professional nice with a lot of knowledge and skill.

Ron apologized for being late, which was what the woman at the office had told me to expect because the job before mine turned out to be bigger than expected. He saw the problem, showed me what happened, fixed the trouble, lubricated the door and explained what had happened. The company gave me a 10% discount for being late and there was also a $25 coupon on their Angie's List listing. I was very satisfied with the work, the professionalism of Ron, who performed the repair and the responsiveness of the company in keeping me aware of why Ron was going to be late and his expected arrival time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needed work done on their garage door(s).

Vince was quick and efficient Diagnosed problem, showed the damaged part prior to working on the door. Left all parts and could tell where the parts were well worn.

1A Advanced Garage Doors was an absolute delight. In these days of lack of customer service, it was a pleasure to hire someone that knows how to do business correctly. I would have him back in a heartbeat.

I used the coupon for the garage door lube and adjustment. He was very punctual and was willing to come at 7 p.m. to do the job. He took about 10 minutes or so and did a good job. The garage door worked much better afterward; actually it did not make noise afterward. He made recommendations for the roller replacement if necessary. He did a great job.

I called 1A Advanced requesting an estimate about two weeks ago. Vince came by right away. He suggested a low overhead clearance garage door. I had estimates from two other companies. Both suggested raising the rafters in the garage as opposed to a low overhead door. Both companies said it would be the same price as a low overhead door. Anyway 1A's esitmate was 1/3 the price of the other companies, plus the hardware is of better quality, so I decided to go with them. I called Vince Saturday and he came by Monday to do the install. He did a great job. The installation is solid and the door and opener are quiet. The only drawback is the door is a bit lower than I expected, but I prefer that over modifying the framing in the garage. Vince seems to take pride in doing quality work and as a result I highly recommend him for anyone seeking a new door and/or opener.

He explained in detail what needed to be done and why. His work was completed in a timely manner and he was very professional. The good now works as new.
