Called and they responded right away. Service technicians were at my house in an hour, they clearly explained the cost and what needed to be done. So courteous and professional really easy experience.

Vincent arrived very promptly. My service was paid through Angies List, with an almost immediate reply from 1A Garage Door. Vincent was very professional & went above & beyond to breathe life back in to my 18 year old garage door opener. Unfortunately, my budget would not allow for a much needed replacement. He did perform a tuneup & replaced the rollers, leaving the job site in tip top shape. The door does open with the wall button, now with NO noise or squeaks. The service was perfect. They were really nice and did a good job. I was really happy. They are very professional and certainly responsive in terms of their time. The fellow who came out did a really good job explaining to me the problem I was having with the door. I felt very confident he knew what he was doing. He was very knowledgeable.

The work was excellent! They mentioned some things I might do like a new spring but was not pushy and merely provided information. I really appreciated that! They also found some cracks and fixed in the garage door hinges.

We recently moved into our house. The garage door started not to close everytime. I called and they walked me through how to adjust the safety sensors. My best efforts were uncessful. I called them back and asked if they would send someone out to help. Less than 10 minuets later they were at my door! (he was in the area and stopped over before his lunch break) He successfully realligned the safety sensors and reprogrammed our outside keypad. Excellent service and a very fair price.

Very pleased. Prompt response, on time (next day). Completed all work efficiently and everything works very well. My door was higher than standard, and the upgrade cost was noted in the initial agreement. They didn't have the part with them, though, so gave me an upgrade at the same price as standard since they had the upgraded product with them. Got the squeaks out of my existing door and put in a keypad, which is what I wanted. Would definitely use them again.

They were able to schedule an appointment within days of my request which was great. The technician showed up on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my door. Originally I planned on a door replacement but they were able to get the old door working like new. They got the door closing seamlessly, key pad working and a new remote programmed all in 30 minutes. I would definitely hire them again.

See response to question, above. The technician also explained some 'easy to do' general maintenance tasks that will help to extend the life of my door. This was very good service at a fair price. I'm happy with the service from A-1 and my technician and will use them again.

The large spring which allows my double garage door to go up and down broke as I was leaving my house for work. I did not have a chance to call 1A Advanced Garage door until late in the day (about 4:55 PM). I described my problem, and within 1/2 hour a repairman arrived, fixing the problem in 1/2 hour. Service was excellent and more than timely. Technician was polite and efficient. I can recommend this company highly for garage dor problems.

Called them in the morning and had the installation completed that afternoon. Very responsive, did the work, explained how it works and I'm happy with the very quiet system. Thank you Andre!

These guys are rock stars!! I submitted a request for service through Angie's List this morning and received a call from Vince, almost right away, who was finishing up a job in Roseville. Said he could swing by and look at the job in about 30 minutes!! Vince came by the house and I shared what was going on with our garage door. Vince explained the tune-up and options for spring replacement. Explained mind you, not telling me that I needed this or that. Anyway we agreed on what was to be done and he replaced a dual spring and tuned the door up in about a hour and man does it make a difference. Door opens and closes smooth as silk and quieter than when we bought the house 5 years ago. I will use these guys again should the need arise and I'll be recommending them to my family and friends.

This was fast, easy and DONE! I called A1 Advanced because I wasn't sure what kind of service I needed. They had a service technician out in less than an hour (Andriy) and he took a look at the door, gave me several options, and then went to work as soon as I told him what I wanted. It was done quickly, without fuss, and now the door works ! Thanks for taking the worry out.

I bought the service through Angie's List and called the contractor to switch the offered remote control or quiet rollers for a new weather strip which is what I really needed. A1 agreed to the deal and came out on the day I requested. The service guy was polite, knowledgeable and professional, and did not try to hard sell me on any additional services.

Called in and spoke with the owner right away. We were surprised to learn he could accommodate us the same day with reasonable pricing. Given the deal and his availability, we decided to have both garages done and he extended us an additional discount for doing so. The technician was punctual, extremely professional and thorough. He completed the work and took his time explaining the functions of the door opener and remotes. I would definitely use this company again and will refer them to friends.

Vince was punctual, arrived at 8am. He immediately changed the garage spring. He also replaced a garage cable although this was not part of the deal. He showed me the rip on my cable which could break anytime soon. I'm really glad that he saw that. I definitely would recommend A1 Advanced Garage Doors.

Paid for my very first apt using Angie's List. Called right after I paid for the deal. They answered and scheduled me the very next day from 9-11 am. I got home at 9 am and they were there waiting for me, right on time and only a day after I paid for the deal. The tech was super nice, knowledgeable, professional, efficient and did a thorough job. I am a single woman needing to find service that I can trust. I am so pleased with how the way Angie's list works and very pleased with the quality of service businesses I find thru the list. I trusted this technician, I definitely needed the big job spring repair and I believe that getting him out as soon as I did save me the cost or repairing a bigger problem I could have had if I didn't catch the spring break sooner.
