Description of Work: We called on Monday morning for a repair or replacement of our broken garage door. To our happy surprise, it was only a repair. It was done quickly and professionally. We would definitely hire and recommend 1A Advanced Garage Doors again.

Description of Work: My garage door lift spring broke and garage door would not open. Contacted this company at 8 am and as I was leaving a message, they were calling me back. They sent someone to replace the broken spring. A very nice and knowledgeable young man named Andriy (andre). He replaced the broken spring, tightened up a few things, lubricated some joints, and took care of everything properly. Everything was completed in just over an hour from the time I called the company-very impressive and the price was very reasonable.

A quick reminder for you is try to keep the garage door lubed up and once in a while have it inspected by a professional. Lubing the door(preferably 2x a year) will help it out from putting a lot of stress on the door and the opener. I would say about 45% of the doors coming off track is because customers never do any maintenance to them. 5-10 minutes of greasing everything can save 1,000s of dollars on new door. Description of Work: Installed 3 garage cabinets. Beautifully made cabinets custom fit to my garage. Craig was great, answered all my questions before I chose their company to do the work and during installation. I thoroughly checked out 4 companies, quality of their product, pricing. Price similar to others though quality is superior. Referred them to friends who also are very happy with their cabinets. I have no hesitation in recommending Advanced Garage.

Description of Work: Our garage door opener would close the door only to immediately lift it up again. He saw how the door had bowed and gave it reinforcement bars to straighten it out and fix the problem in addition to servicing the opener.

Description of Work: Great experience! My garage door was not working well so I ordered the "Garage Door Tune-up and Inspection". Scheduling an appointment went extremely smoothly. When the serviceman came, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He immediately recognized my spring was broken and that I needed a few new rollers. I showed me the problems, and it was clear that the parts needed to be replaced. He proceeded to fix replace the parts and then performed a general tune up. After he fixed my garage door, the door works better than it ever has before. Because I bought the Big Deal, he only charged for the parts. I highly recommend 1A Advanced Garage Doors!

Description of Work: Arrived on time. Was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Fixed my problem in no time, and did a good job of maintenancing my garage door opener system. He even helped me with my attic stairs. Didn't charge more than the advertized "Big Deal" cost, either.

Description of Work: re-enforced bowing lower section of garage door, new rollers, completely oiled joints and rollers, re-tacked electrical cords that were loose, and replaced the runner at the bottom of the garage door. door worked like it was new after theses repairs and service.
