carpet cleaners, floor cleaning
+ 0 moreThe kid (yes...seemed young and not very professional) showed up close to on time, however it took him well over half an hour to set up. I had arranged specifically for pet urine stain treatment which I assumed was a deep cleaning of the area I showed him, however all he did was spray room deodorizer throughout my apartment!! In addition to not treating the problem area, the guy was sloppy--he left black smudges on all my doors that he leaned against and muddy footprints on the tile inside my front door after walking back over the wet carpet. There was nothing 'world class' about this.
Description of Work: I had the carpets of my apartment cleaned (living/dining combo, and bedroom.)

+ -1 moreWorld Class Carpet kept me waiting 2 hours causing me to cancel because I couldn't wait any longer. I rescheduled, only to be kept waiting another 1 1/2 hours the second time. It took them well over 6 weeks to send me an invoice even tho I explained in numerous phone conversations that I needed to provide the invoice to the tenant who moved out asap. Bottom line, their actual carpet cleaning was good but their customer service wasn't. I wouldn't use them again.
