Tomo was fast to schedule me in and to get the work done. I even left him at my house with keys and a blank check. He was very reliable and trustworthy. I will definitely hire him again when we need a plumber.

Professional, punctual, below market pricing. I would actually pay more, because I trust his work, and I know he is very honest and fair with his time and work. It's well worth the peace of mind. Unlike the clogged drains, this pipe issue is huge. We have extensive damage to the subfloor, hardwood floors, mold in the crawlspace, water damage from condensation, rust, etc. He came over first thing in the morning (I didn't discover the leak until last night), fixed the leak, tested for other leaks, and gave me recommendations for other contractors for the floors, etc. Baby steps for a huge problem, but it was a lot of comfort in the face of such a big issue.

Tomo provided an on-site estimate of the work and cost to extend our natural gas piping out through the exterior wall of the basement to our BBQ area, terminating with a quick-release valve. Tomo was the third person I contacted for a quote. I was able to ask him questions about the other quote and he gave his opinion about the extra work another plumber said was required for him to do the work. Tomo's estimate was less than half of the quote received from another plumbing service I found highly rated on yelp. I originally contacted an unlicensed handyman who quoted the same price quoted by Tomo. The work was done professionally with no unexpected results in about 3 hours. Tomo and his partner left the work area as they found it. After they finished, Tomo let me know that the work ended up being less than his original quote - I almost asked him to repeat what he had said. I would highly recommend Tomo.

I called him in the afternoon to see if he could come the next day; he was booked, but said he could come by late in the day. He arrived on time, fixed the problem, didn't charge me for and quot;after hoursand quot; and gave me good advice on how to keep all the drains in my unit flowing smoothly.

Tomo came out and inspected under our house. He put an estimate together to change over our old pipes to PVC. He was quick with the pricing and very affordable. We immediately booked a time to get the work done. He did a great job. He was very clean and precise and very honest. Highly recommended.

I had a crack in the tank of my older toilet, so needed a quick replacement. Tom corresponded with me via email and phone and recommended a specific make and model that I was able to evaluate on line, and recommended I spend a few dollars more for a better quality wax seal than the one that comes with the toilet. He gave me a very reasonable estimate to purchase, deliver, and install the toilet, as well as remove the old. He was on time for the appointment, cleanly removed the old one, and installed the new one. Tom took extra time to adjust the mounting hardware because the original rough-in alignment was off a little, causing the toilet to be crooked (old one was that way, too). It's nice and straight now, and he didn't charge for the extra time it took! (I considered the extra time in excess of the typical installation that came with the quoted price). As is often the case, I asked Tom to also look at the slow-draining bathtub while he was there, which resulted in Tom snaking the drain to remove a deep clog. The additional cost was also very reasonable, and he took time to explain how the old tub stopper hardware worked and recommended replacements that I could do myself. I'll call Tom again for my home plumbing problems; recommend others do the same!

Excellent experience. Tomo is friendly, gives you all the options and prices up-front and lets you decide what works best for your situation and budget. After a price was agreed upon (which was HALF) of what I was expecting, he was able to start the job a few days later. The job went quick and his clean up was thorough. EXCELLENT experience!
