 + -1 morePhil came to my house- I had just bought this home and he did a complete assessment of the existing security system and was able to provide me with a very competitive qoute-- I couldn't turn it down! I immediately called ADT and cancelled my appointment with them and signed the contract with Phil. He sent his staff the same week to install several more sensors for FREE! Thanks again Phil!
Description of Work: Phil is AWESOME!! He saved me from spending $200 upfront cost with ADT AND he saved me $6 a month for a 2 year service contract compared to ADT. He is very customer service oriented- he listened to my concerns and he addressed each one of them quickly! He answered all my questions regarding Protect America security company and he reassured me that my alarm system would be taken care of at no cost to me during my 2 year contract. An issue came up the other day and he had his technician out to my house ASAP! Thanks so much Phil for your OUTSTANDING customer service!!
