Geno will do whatever it takes to insure that the customer is satisfied at the end of the project. My wife and I have had multiple contractors perform upgrades in our home but none have come close to the customer service provided by the hilite Group.

Gene is top notch and really knows roof truss structures so he designs the framing well.

We had them replace three existing skylights and associated flashing. They were extremely conscientious and kept the mess in the house to a minimum.

I was called shortly after completing the Home Advisor request form, an appointment was set for Gino to come out and give me an estimate. He arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. They were able to come out later the same day and completed the repair quickly. My new skylight cover looks great!
