The new skylights are nice and the price was right. While the process was quick and easy, the instll left a couple of spots or flws that still need to be addressed. I am sure this will be taken care of soon.

Perfect..timing..duration..just as being a Swiss, I would have spent a little more time protecting the area so clean up would have been easier and a lot less needed after. But everything was fine

From the office side (Jackie) to the foreman (Gene) and workers they were very professional and did a top notch job on working with us to plan/install a new Skylight and making several necessary roof repairs for a very competitive price. I was very pleased with their service and would recommend the HiLite Group. They were on time and finished the job promptly. There was a part missing from one skylight, but they are taking care of it. I thought the price of the job was fair.

Jackie was great about calling right away to schedule our bathroom skylight replacement. We were very happy with her constant followup and ability to work with scheduling conflicts. Gene who actually replaced the skylight was good about constant communication. Gene finished the work in record time and a stellar outcome. Decently priced for the job needed done. We highly recommend their business.

Honest folks running a family business. They installed both skylights and solar attic fans for me, at a reasonable cost. Excellent work, and I already plan to hire them again.

I paid the up front fee for the skylight and was told it would take 5 to 10 days for them to receive skylight but it had been taking only 3-5 days. Three (3) weeks later I called to see when my skylight was going to be installed. I was told that the skylight had not been ordered because of an internal problem with them and that they would order promptly. One (1) week later I called and was told that skylight had come in but was damaged and they would have to reorder. Ten (10 days later I had to call to see where the skylight was and was told that it just arrived. Installers were great but the office help is terrible.
