Family owned. Jackie handles admin and estimates, billing. She's got great customer service skills. I knew I was going to hire them the minute I talked with her. Her husband has been in the business for years and he's quality conscience. They replaced and installed six skylights at my house... just in time before the rain came.

work looked good at first. but after first rain, leaked. was told by geno that work had multi year warranty, but after many calls to office I have had no response what so ever. I would advise others to avoid this company.

Would use them again. Work done fast, price was good. The only thing about customer service: no call for cancellation of an appointment- twice so I hired another company (then cancelled them) gave Jackie another chance since they were the first ones responding on my search. Would not hesitate to recommend. Love my skylight.

I was surprised at the amount & quality of light we received from each tube & lenses. Job was completed in matter of a three hours. Other companies quoted me "Three Days" ???? and at 3 times the price. So glad I found this company. The only drawback (so far) is they didn't clean-up so well. But we would have cleaned behind them anyway. Overall, "OUTSTANDING"

From beginning to end, it was a great experience. This company is solid, their practices are stellar. They are the company you want to hire. Geno is very creative and his work is just beautiful. What an extreme difference in our living room. Jackie and Geno are two people that it was a pleasure doing business with them, but also they are great people. My Mom and I just love em!!!

Initial contact was efficent. Geno was helpful during the inspection suggesting the type of skylight. I choose a glass vented skylight. As it turned out, it took longer than the predicted, 7 to 10 days, to receive it and install it. Due to the Memorial Day weekend it was about 20 days. The installation was very quick with 2 men doing the job. The only problem was that the rod to open the skylight was not delivered to me until a few days later and I was not able to open the skylight until then. None of these issues were big problems. The people at HiLite are very good and to be highly recommended.
