Description of Work: This provider was the most price competitive. So far, they have been responsive to my emails and calls; however, they had to cancel an appointment today to install the awnings because one of their crew called in sick. I cannot give you a final rating as to their product or service as my awnings are not yet installed. Check back with me and I will let you know.

+ -1 morei found Stark online and in the yellow pages after the company my handyman had recommended never followed through. After brief back and forth emails, their man came out and removed the valance and said when I asked that there were two places in the awning where the seams had come loose and that a gust of wind might rip it further. I told him we didn't put it out when there was wind and since it looked OK, I'd just as soon go with it as it was. He then said he could take the whole awning off and reverse it so that the loose seams were then in the part where the roller was and the part that was rolled out was in great shape. He then did this and it worked beautifully. He returned on July 25th with new white trim on the scalloped edge of the valance and installed it in about 3 minutes and that was it. The price was reasonable and the service and responsiveness were excellent.
Description of Work: The white trim on the valance of my awning ( which was 15-20 years old and was just rolled out to cover a table and chairs when we ate out on our deck) was frayed and torn in many places.
